Superbe”
Huge studio apartment layout with balcony. Comes with bathtub & tv in the spacious shower room. Good amenities, provided face mask, comb and even bath salt. Also a mobile phone for guest to bring around until check out. I’m delighted and this is Super value for money. One thing though, you need to walk 5-7mins to train station. Other than that, it’s the best hotel I ever had.

I am from the USA and the staff made me feel welcome and at home. They were accommodating to all of my requests and were willing to go out of their way. I will be coming back next year with my whole family and staying at this hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Staff welcome and professional, with welcome drink for both of us Room is clean, come to our expectations, love the jacuzzi, of course toilet in Japan is high tech no complaints There a laundry room and kitchen so help yourself with what you need for a long stay Pro: value not expensive but not very cheap also, modern hotel, plenty convenient store around Cons: still looking for it :), best if it had a pool, 5 minutes to station, abit far from main shopping street like shibuya and shinjuku and ginza,20-50 minutes , but it cheap to take a train around than taxi

Amazing Stay”
I dont believe in paying hotels with prices below the average Tokyo hotel but getting above average facilities. Spacious Room, Great and Modern Facilities! We get free drinks every day, not only two bot of drinking water but also juice, coffee, and various other drinks if we ask directly to the receptionist. Other facilities such as Free Washing Machines and Kitchen really helped us who stayed for 4 nights here. Although the location is not so close to Subway, but the neighborhood is quite crowded surrounded by several convenient stores such as Family Mart, Seven Eleven, and Lawson. I might stay here again if I go to Tokyo again.

We had a really nice stay at this hotel. We got the premium room and it was really nice size for Tokyo. There are free drinks available during our stay.

Hotel had big rooms by Japan standards. TV was huge! I enjoyed the design of the rooms on level 6 as it was brighter then level 7. Staff were great and very helpful as well!

Our room was ice cold, draft from outside came into our room. The windows arn't able to protect the room from heavy draft. When we went to the reception the staff 'fixed' the problem by taping the windows with towels. It looked ridiculous. We demanded another room. After asking for it (staff should have offered a new room in the first place, something like hospitality?) the employee showed a few other rooms. The first had the same problem!! Ice cold because of draft. The third room had no draft and was an executive room, no windows near the beds. We accepted it but they wanted to charge us because it would be an upgrade....PARDON ME?? How rude, as it's not our fault the rooms are ice cold. Then the staff showed more rooms... It went even more ridiculous. She offered a smaller room, as which she said it was the same superior twin room. We declined as this is a downgrade. We looked on the website and we saw a picture of the same room stated as regular twin. This is lying to guests.

まるで海外のホテルのような居心地”
4つ星の海外のラグジュアリーホテルを思いだしました。 確かに、ラブホテル街に有ります。が、一つ一つの建物の作りや家具、空気清浄機、トイレの設備やお風呂の設備など非常に高級感があります。 接客も90点以上つけても良いもので感じがよく、非常に気配りのされているものでした。要望を言えば、嫌な顔をせず応じてくれます。 正直外観のデザインは、残念でしたが内観は高級感があるのに落ち着いたシックな感じもあり、とても居心地が良かったです。また、ラブホテルやア●ホテルのようなギラギラした感じはなく、センスの良い家具を取り揃え全体として非常に調和がとれている印象でした。 もし立地がが良ければ、本当に非の打ちどころのないホテルだった事でしょう。ただ、ここまでリーズナブルな価格で提供できるのは立地ゆえでしょう。もはや1つのidentityだと思います。 食事は、簡単なものが多い印象でしたが、この施設のレベルとしては十分と言えるでしょう。また、防音性が高くテラスと部屋の中で同時に会議をしていても声は全く聞こえませんでした。 コロナで遠くに移動が難しい中、近くで旅行を気分を味わえるのでワーケーションにもおススメです。

お部屋も広く、バストイレ別でゆったりできます。近くには安くておいしい飲食店があり、夕飯も困りませんでした。朝ごはんは部屋まで持ってきてくれてゆったりと食べることができました。

良いホテル”
友達と2人でリフレッシュ目的にコネクティングルームに泊まりました。 良い所 ・アメニティが豊富だし、それぞれの質も良い感じです。タオル類も沢山用意がありました！パジャマもリラックスできるやつがある ・部屋には広いお風呂(ジャグジーもあり)、電子レンジ、ネスカフェのコーヒーマシン、ミニ冷蔵庫、スマホと連動するデッッッカイTVがあります。テレビがついてるお風呂もありました〜。バストイレ別なのも◎ ・バイキングやレストランは無いものの、ルームサービスで届けてくれる朝食は、1000円にしては量も多く、和食タイプはおかずも凄く種類があって豪華 ・施設自体が新しい感じで、清潔感がある。部屋も広い ・共有スペースにはキッチン(鍋や油、簡単な調味料の準備あり)、ドラム式洗濯機(無料で洗剤の準備もあり)がある。とっても便利 悪い所 ・他の方も仰られてますが、立地が本当に悪い。ザ・ラブホ街にあるし、多分このホテルも元ラブホの建物をリフォームしたっぽい感じで、外観が完全にラブホ。親とは来たくない。駅からも微妙に距離があり、コンビニも遠くはないが近くもない ・部屋に窓がなかった。窓がある部屋ももちろんあるとは思うけど、ちょっとそこは確認したほうがいいかもしれません。別に無かったから最悪！ってことはないけど、なんとなく。 まとめ:部屋も広いし設備も最高だしアメニティも良いし綺麗だけど、ラブホ街にあって建物もマジラブホみたいだから、家族とか付き合いたてのカップルとかには気まずくなりそうだしオススメしない。でも友達と〜とかなら最高of最高。電子レンジあるからダラダラご飯食べたり、酒飲んだり、TVでYouTubeみたりして盛り上がれる なんかラブホの良いところを良い感じに残した普通のホテルみたいな感じです。多分。 ちなみにガラス張りのお風呂はちゃんとシャッターあります。

コスパの良さ”
東京の都心に程近いにも関わらず、これだけの広さの部屋に対しての値段がそこまで高くない。動画投稿サイトで紹介されていたので宿泊してみた。バスルームも広いし、清潔、照明も落ち着いており、テレビもとても大きく、クロームキャスト可能。アメニティも高級ホテルに劣らず安心できた。荷物も勿論預かってくれるので安心して観光が楽しめた。

ホテルの写真のみの情報だけで宿泊しましたが、ホテル及びその周辺がラブホ街に位置しており、想定外でした。ホテルのスタッフには何ら問題ありません。

掃除が行き届いておりとても清潔で綺麗な部屋だった。お風呂で足を伸ばしてのジャグジー&テレビ最高だったな。。テラスからはスカイツリーも見えました。アニメニティも揃ってたし大満足です。テレビも大画面で携帯と連動できて良い時間が過ごせました。 STAY HOMEで出掛けられない中、気分転換したく泊まりましたがここにして良かった！ また泊まりたいです。

おしゃれ・高級感・きれい”
宿泊施設の回りにもパーキングは多々あるのですが今回は連泊という事で数少ない駐車場を3日間貸していただきました。 宿泊予約時の電話対応でのスタッフは慣れていて気が利くなと思いました。 チェックインではウェルカムドリンクにアルコールもありドリンクの品数も多かった。 部屋に入ると、テレビの大きさに驚きました。トイレ・バスもそれぞれ広く、きれいで清掃はいきとどいているといった感じです 錦糸町駅から近いけど車通りや人通りが少なく、連休でしたが夜も静かです。 今回小さな子供（二人）連れでしたが、お風呂もお部屋も広めでくつろげました。上下や両隣の物音も全く聞こえないので、壁が防音なのか子供の声もきっと聞こえまいと勝手に安心しました。 数多く宿泊施設を利用していますが、おしゃれで高級感がありまた利用したいです
