I love ryokan Hotel ”
A Ryokan Hotel in a middle of Shinjuku!! Everything was perfect expect the weather;) it’s was Rainny and we get wet;)

Nice place, the room is clean and have enough space for open 3 baggages in the same time. ”
All accommodations are good. The hotel has no elevator however staff help us to carry the baggages to 3rd floor. The hotel is just 7 min. from Shinjuku station.

Location was okay, 10-15 mins walk to the train station. Convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Beds were confortable and room was clean.

The room is small but still good for 2 person, love the sliding door, would be great if the microwave is in the room or in the same floor. No lift, get ready to take your own bag using the staircase.

Huge room and japanese style stay”
for the price with such huge room is very worth. located 10min walking distance from shinjuku subway but a lot interesting scenery along the way. staff is very friendly and helpful. cleanliness need to improve, some place is dusty inside room. no free water but can boiled own drinking water in room

Location is not suit for family travelling, in the heart of Tokyo where lots of club and bar located. Cleanliness is the worst, lots of dust, hair, stain. Facilities not completly provided, no hanger in bathroom or anywhere in the room. Room's not good conditions, slide door is too heavy, bathroom door is a bit fall down which cannot open/close easily. When you open the futon, you cannot go in the toilet, futon is on the door way. Anyway staff is nice.

It is convenient since it is close to the station but the area isn’t the greatest if you’re after a quiet location since the streets get extremely busy at night, there is also no lift for those with large suitcases

Overall the stay was good and I enjoyed full room to myself. It was really warm with the heater and the blankets were cozy. If you dont mind about noises till 1am from outside club, its okay :) my room was with tatami and really enjoyed it to the fullest.

The price that i was able to book in the site was different fromthe price i paid to the hotel. Probably because of the tax. But then i remember the booking price was only for $85 dollars and not $98 which was billed to me
