incosiderable staff + noise”

The receptionist forgot to take the key from me so he did not bother to bump into my capsule without knocking while I was sleeping- asking me to give him the key. I dont mind such mistakes but if you write down the hole place with instructions to guests and expect them to be robots, then you should show some flexibility at least when you make such mistake. Another point that is more relevant to other guests is that there are a lot of tourists who are making noise dueing the night and the staff is not preventing it

Clean and affordable capsule”

This is a slightly more expensive capsule. But it's clean and it doesn't look cheap or dirty. The staff is quite friendly. Location is near the train station.

Clean and decent stay”

Stayed here for 1 night. It was a clean and decent stay. The place was as expected in the pictures and for a capsule hotel. We checked-in late in the evening around 10pm, and the bathroom facility closes during that time so we weren't able to take a dip but it was fine. The only problem is that we can't take a shower in the morning because the bathroom facility won't open not until 11am and the check-out time is at 10am.

This very good Hostel especially receptionist front is very good manners and the rooms are very clean.The service is first rate and not far from the centre of town. The conclude this hostel is good everything like 5-star equivalent hotel .

Very clean, staf was helpful, free amenities, free tea dispenser ... This is my first time stayed on such capsule hotels and I had great experience by staying over this hotel!

Low Price, Great Location.”

Quiet place, it's about 5min walk to JR Ueno Station, across Metropolitan Expressway No.1, it's lively. In the capsule,there are not many area to place your luggage so you cannot bring too many. It's appropriate for people who do not like shopping. I will come here if visiting Ueno again.
