Very pleasant stay.”
It was the third time that we stayed at this hotel. We have also recommended friends to use this hotel who were equally pleased with their experience. Situated in a residential/commercial area, it is accessible to all of Tokyo in addition to the many restaurants, supermarkets, shops and convenience stores nearby. Hotel is well kept and run. Breakfast is a real bargain. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff were amazing and the room is very clean. Everyday we have a new set of towels and water. Room is cleaned daily. Breakfast is great and affordable. We’d loved to comeback. We enjoyed staying here. Thumbs up!

Cosy Family Friendly Hotel”
Close proximity to TCAT and subway lines. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay in Tokyo if you don't mind the location which is further away from the usual shopping districts.

Pros: Nihonbashi location was nice and a business district. Easy walks to various stations. Close to Ginza’s shopping district. Close to city airport limousine bus terminal. Very cheap breakfast available but limited choice. Rooms small but functional. Cons: rooms quite old and run down. Carpet very old.

proche de plusieurs métro et à 50 m de City Air Terminal (car limousine pour les deux aéroports), chambre de taille correcte, propre (ménage quotidien et eau minérale fournie), thé et café en libre service en lobby en plus des accessoires de toilettes en libre service également, petit déjeuner pas cher (2,50 euros !) et bien servi, personnels d'accueil, de cuisine et de service super gentils, polis et aimables donnant toutes les infos nécessaires. Wifi super rapide. supérettes à côté et Sento (genre : onsen) à 200 m. machine à laver et séchage disponibles sur demande à la réception. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à vous tous.

There are a few train stations nearby, with the nearest about 5mins walk away. There are also many convenience shops and eateries around. The staff are helpful and accommodating.

City Pension Zem's location is excellent. A few minutes away from the nearest train station and the bus terminal for bus to the Airport. The hotel is a little old, but everything works and functional. Good heating with humidifier in the room. We were able to warm upo the food we bought from the mini Aeon mart below the hotel. Every use of the washing machine is 300yen and they provide the detergent. Staff were helpful and allowed us to use the lounge even after we checked out.

Good Hotel, Excellent Staff”
The hotel and facilities are a bit old but good enough to rest after going around Tokyo all day. Near TCAT if you take limo bus from/to airport especially if you have lots of luggages. Very near convenience stores. Walking distance from Suigetamae station. Affordable breakfast at 250 yen. Most important of all, staff are very friendly and helpful.

Clean, quiet, functional and friendly hotel in a convenient location”
We have stayed in big and small rooms, all are clean and pleasant, with full amenities. Breakfast at 250 yens each person is a steal (coffee a bit weak though). Lots of restaurants nearby and a 24-hr supermarket. Very close to subway stations and airport bus terminal but still not noisy. Third time staying at this hotel and will use it again. Recommended it to a friend this summer who also enjoyed the stay. Staff are friendly and helpful and speak good English.

This place is just great. Room was spacious, spottesly clean and comfy. Breakfast was sooo good! Many options to choose from and so cheap. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend this place

This is our second time staying in city pension zem. We are happy with the service. Breakfast is good and cheap (250 yen). Close to the trainstation as well as limousine bus service.

Value for money”
This must be 1 of the most value for money stays. It's old but very well kept. Staff are super friendly. Rooms are bigger than most Tokyo hotels. Only downside is location.

Superbe”
Great location - near Suitengumae and Ningyocho stations, convenience stores, a 24-hour McDonalds. Pleasant and peaceful neighborhood. Very polite, helpful and hospitable staff. Love the pajamas, the slippers (which you can take home), the free umbrella and bicycle rentals. The room even had charging cords for both Android and iOS, which I thought was pretty cool of them. Room on the small side but I'm not surprised nor bothered (Asian here, so yeah) and the beds were very comfy anyway. Breakfast was good, although there weren't a lot of options but they had the basics covered - coffee, milk, juices, cereals, pastries. For ¥250, that was more than good enough for me. Overall, a great stay, and if I'm ever in Tokyo again I would definitely return! :)

Hotel manager waited for our delayed arrival patiently. Staff were polite, helpful and pleasant. Breakfast, at JPY250 each was a steal and enjoyable. Location accessible to all transportation and shopping, and surrounded by reasonable restaurants and a 24-hour supermarket. Room is not too small but functional. Very quiet at night. Will stay again on my next visit.
