Great location, right off the Tokyo Monorail”

Great location if you don't want to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. Its a short ride on the Tokyo Monorail or a walk to Shinagawa station where you can find plenty to eat and some great bars. While the hotel definitely feels a little bit older, the staff were extremely friendly and greeted us in English on the way in and out. I was able to catch a bus ride from here directly to Narita which made it easy to relax and not worry about catching multiple trains. The hotel room feels slightly more westernized as the room is pretty big and the bathroom is pretty typical for western hotels. A good pick for a good price. There's a breakfast buffet that's available as well for about $30 USD.

Able to use JR pass to get here even using one station monorail. I liked it here for being away from crowd, but if you want to enjoy late night action, this is not for you. Breakfast was ok, it wasn’t really special

Easy Location for public transport”

My first time in Tokyo. We were to attend a rowing event and needed to find something that was close via public transport. This is has a inside walk to monorail that goes to HND airport and a subway that is about a 2 block walk. The property also has lots of little restaurants in the complex so you do not need to go out but it is much cheaper than hotel food. Make sure you include the breakfast in your purchase. It is worth the money and we found it took almost 2 weeks for our schedule to adjust and this helped with lots of items. Ask for a dinner coupon! It will reduce the buffet price by $15 Staff appears nice and friendly. However, English is limited. Be prepared for your question to be answered by "YES" but not be understood. So remain calm. Google translate also does not always work correctly. Room size. We had 3 different rooms. Because of several people with us. Rooms are clean and nice. Smaller than USA rooms. The type of room you book is the room you get.

Convenient for Haneda”

Chosen for its location, this the first time I’ve used this hotel. Previously I stayed at the airport. I will stay here again. Everything worked well with a great view over the water.

Close hotel for Seaport Rowing olympics”

Hard to find a hotel closer. We took a subway 1 stop or about 10 min to the telaport center for 210 yen each way. We then took either taxi for about 28 usd or the bus provided to the rowing center. Include the breakfast with your booking. It is worth the money.

Nice hotel with decent sized rooms (30 m2). Bit expensive at just under €200 per night (includes good breakfast). Clean , very well located (monorail, underground and bus) and excellent friendly staff.

Value for the money on some months of the year”

I always prefer to stay at the hotel if possible when the price is right for the season. Otherwise it is little out of my business range.

The view outside of the window was so wonderful. But the room doesn't soundproof between the room so it was terrible at night. And I was given an air freshener when i checked in but the air freshener machine in the room looked dirty and when turned on, it was noisy. I think it would rather not have one.

Given the fact that rooms in Tokyo is cracker-box-like, the rooms are bigger. restaurant for the breakfast is terrible. Location is out if the way but closer to the biggest attraction of Odaiba. The stuff are great and really professional , The entrance to the hotel is poor and confusing basically this hotel is misdesigned .

Mon séjour fut trop court mais pour le peu que j'ai vu, j'ai pu apprécier la proximité de l'hôtel du monorail menant vers l'aéroport de Tokyo Haneda et le quartier high-tech de la baie de Tokyo. Seulement, le quartier et la galerie proche de l'hôtel était trop pauvre en magasins et restaurants. Pas de réelles activités possibles.

We stayed in DAI-ICHI for two nights. It was a very good experience for us. Location is very great for us to fly from HND. And it's also good to connect all trains, subway, as the hotel is located in monorail station. Breakfast is offered by set, not buffet, so it's delicious and enough for three of us. All staffs are friendly and with great service. The only thing is the hotel will be closed on Mar 1,2023 which we all feel like ... so pity. It is a very good hotel, though it's only 3 stars, but everything is good for us.

I wanted a modern hotel in a location I can travel to/from Haneda and sightsee Tokyo and Tokyo Disney. It's 20 mins on the monorail to/from Hanada airport. Same to/from Shibuya and Tokyo Disneyland. From the monorail station, exit on the north side or follow the signs to the hotel. There is a 7-eleven in the small shopping mall connected to both the hotel and monorail station. However, it is not 24 hours. Front desk spoke some English and very pleasant to deal with. Early check is available for roughly 1500 yen per hour if needed. Breakfast was included in my rate and it was a nice set plate menu. There isn't a spa or onsen on site despite the huge hotel. Otherwise I would stay here for a short visit.
