It's a long walk to the city center, but in every other way this place is very high quality for what it costs. Nice breakfasts, working doors (not a given in UB hostels), adequate WiFi.

Excelent value for money. Single room for $13 including breakfast which laft breakfast in all australian hostels ashamed!!! Also free drop off to the train station!! Bathrooms requires more attention but that is common issue of hostels in Asia.

Best Guest house in Ulaanbatar!”
Super friendly staff, best value in Ulaanbatar, clean rooms, strong WI-FI on all floors, excellent tours, good place to meet other friendly travelers. I traveled Mongolia for 3 months. This is one of the best places I stayed in the entire county and certainly the best I had in Ulaanbatar. Once I discovered it, I stayed there every time I came back to Ulaanbatar. The staff treated me Great and always made me feel welcome, they treated me more like a friend then a hotel guest. They helped make my time in Mongolia very special! I Highly recommend that you stay here when in Ulaanbatar.

The room was clean with a private bathroom. The Hotel is located near to Vajradhara temple. Staff on this Hotel is very nice and helpfull. Last day they offer a breakfast to go because our bus was leaving very early... Quick loundry service!

the room is very clean and it is a quiet hostel. The boss and the staff team are very nice, friendly and they tried their best to help tourists. The location is a bit far from the centre, about 20-30 mins walk, but it is near the main road. good stay!

Reliable, Consistent, Overall pretty great”
Basically, what you pay for is what you get, and the prices are very fair. Certainly a step up from a lot of backpacker places, the rooms (can't testify to the dorms) were clean, well-stocked, had hot water and towels. The staff is great and helpful. The facilities are well-kept. The place is resplendent with information about tours and sights. Having booked a tour with them, I found it to be convenient, simple, fair, and rewarding. Some reviews found the location a bit far, but I don't agree. Although it's down a lane which gets muddy when it rains, it's next to Korean restaurants, there're pubs across the street, and there's a shopping mall next door. Overall, I'd recommend this place. As someone who travels a lot, it's surprising to have an experience without hang-ups, snags, or false promises, but this places basically delivered on that.

Danista Nomads is very well located, within walking distance of the UB train station and nearby shopping malls as well as a halal restaurant named Gobi Desert (the food there was awesome & cheap!). The owner was kind enough to pick us up from the train station but we had to decline as we had to go to the bus station to buy tickets. Overall, it was an extremely pleasant experience staying at Danista Nomads!

Value for money, Amazing and helpful Manager Jagaa who speaks fluent English, Clean and good facilities. Our first time in Mongolia and we feel welcomed right away, Manager Jagaa contacted us promptly to find out on our arrival timings and offered to arrange for airport pickup for 15 USD. Highly recommended as drivers are prompt, helpful and speaks basic English. Room is clean and has all the facilities you need - even a mini fridge for our double bed private room with ensuite bathroom. We went on a day trip with them as well and it was affordable (as compared to another hostel our friend was staying in) and driver was friendly.

Highly recommended worthy of 10 Stars for the price. Spotlessly clean rooms & ensuites. Wonderful manager Jaaga, & friendly helpful staff. Close to all city touristic places & bus stops. Also Danista Tours are worth looking in to. We had a great stay with a Nomad family on a Danista Tour.

Highly recommend. With a very helpful & friendly manager Jaaga, pleasant courteous staff, along with very clean hostel and room; this all made an enjoyable stay in Ulaanbaatar. Close access to bus stops, restaurants and shops. Staff can tell you which bus for a visit to the Black Markets. These are worth a visit, but just be cautious & watch out for pick-pockets. Don't miss the markets, just like anywhere in the world be wary.

Jaaga the manager goes beyond what you would expect when you stay at the Danista Nomad. He is very polite & friendly as is his staff. Nothing seems too hard for them to help you with. I even would rate the Danista Nomad a 10. Well done, we highly recommend the Danista.

Came back second time”
This was my second ţrip to Mongolia and second stay at Danista. I was not dissapointed. One of the best price/standard ratio I ever experienced. Staff is very friendly and helpful. When I come to Mongolia again I will be staying here again for sure.

It was my first visit to Mongolia and I booked 2 night with Danista based on reviews. I am not too fussy about hotel. All I need is a bed and hot shower. I really liked the place and attitude of the staff. Very nice and helpful people. It is basic but you get breakfast, wifi, clean bed, hot shower and good service from staff. More than you can ask for that money. When I finished my trip and returned to UB from Olgii I had not reason to look for another accommodation. I booked with them again. If I ever come back to Mongolia again, they will be my first choice.
