Hotel location is good.. it is easy to find. Walk out from the metro station, turn right. Walk straight, around 5min then can see hotel. Along the way, Can see a lot of restaurant. Got 1 sushi shop is highly recommended.

Great location next to Kinshicho Station”

Well it is a great hotel to make base if touring Tokyo. Kinshicho Station has direct line to Narita. Shopping Centres all around the area. Ok hotel room small but clean & standard Japanese bathroom. Plus hawkers from local restaurants everywhere, competition there must be tough. But before going to Airport went to 100Yen shop, Uni-Qlo and Orihica. Will be back for sure.

The staffs are really nice and helpful. They may not speak very good at English but it's not important because you can see how much they try their best to help you. That's a plus !! Generally, it's good for staying with a hotel with good location ( near station and easy to find ) good prices ! If their washroom a little bit bigger, they will get 101 points ! 😁

Home away from home.”

This hotel is somewhere between a Japanese home and a business hotel. I've stayed here several times. The high lights are the big bath on the top floor, home style breakfast in the morning and the small but cozy rooms. The bad part remains the tiny showers which with the bath at the top floor no one ever uses the in-room showers and the tiny toilets which requires an acrobatic maneuver to use. Never the less I enjoy staying here because it makes me feel at home.

Was okay, but will not be back”

The hotel was a little hard to find as it was situated behind a convenience store (Sunkus I think), along the back alleys. What made it worse was that the hotel name was in Japanese so don't bother looking out for "Famy Inn". Like I said, there's Sunkus just beside the hotel and a 7-11 further up. Also, a 24hrs Yoshinoya that is 1min from the hotel. Hotel is located about 5mins walk from the train station. Can be rather intimidating walking down the lane late at night though as there were quite abit of thug-like looking guys hanging around (think they work for either a massage parlour or the coin-slot place). Breakfast is simple with just bread (though in different variety). My biggest gripe was the room size. I know rooms are typically smaller in Japan but this was absolutely tiny. I couldn't open my luggage and lie it flat on the ground. And when I was on the golden throne in the toilet, my knees could touch the wall in front. For the price I paid, I wouldn't be back. I'm better off in more central areas

It's a nice hotel located very close to JR Kinshicho station. The staff were nice and the room was clean. As is typical for a Japanese business hotel, the rooms were small and the bathroom tiny but for the price, it was good value.

Met all my expectations and more”

I had expected hotels in Tokyo to be expensive and very small. The Famy Inn was a nice surprise. The room was compact but big enough. The bed was comfortable. Internet service was available via a cable. I did not watch television while I was there.

Great location but small rooms”

overall, we are satisfied with the hotel although the rooms are small which is usual in japan. the room was tidy with all the necessities. less than 10mins walk to the subway n was easy to move our luggage. lots of nearby restaurants, cafe, bread stores, 24hr convenience stores. some shopping available nearby hotel. stick with the jr line from hotel gets you everywhere. will stay in same hotel for convenience sake.

Over all is fine, nice and clean, staff can speak English very well. The hotel is located near JR line and subway which is very conveniece, although the room is a little bit small compare to other hotel.

relatively difficult to locate as near small lanes. limited understanding of english by hotel staff. need to move luggage distance away to subway if travelling to n fro airport. heavy luggage will be problem. a lot of restaurants around & basic shopping. relatively centralized if travelling to city centre. 24hr convenience store very near hotel. delicious bakery store near hotel; right near the subway. typical basic small hotel but wish bathroom could be slightly bigger!
