Please note that the traffic regulation will carry out on the February 5th (Sunday) because of the 32nd Tokyo Bay Urayasu City Marathon will be held.
During this event, our shuttle bus schedule also will be changed as below.

【Operation Time of Shuttle Bus（Flexstay Inn Shin Urayasu ⇔JR Shin Urayasu Station）

※All of the schedules will be stopped at JR Shin Urayasu Station.
However, these schedules will not go to Tokyo Disney Resort. So please be careful.

It has a tiny kitchen which include microwave, kettle and tiny stove. However it does not include pot to cook at the tiny stove. The place is clean. It bigger than expected as most of the accommodation in Tokyo is small. It provide shuttle bus to Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea daily. However it does not has home keeping service. Overall, I’m satisfied with my stay.

15mins walk from Shin-Urayasu Station. Hotel provide free shuttle bus to Tokyo Disneyland/Disneysea. A good place for this plan to visit Disneyland/Disneysea.

location is good accessible to Disneyland n sea via hotel shuttle and also public bus , nearby 7eleven and Life garden super market for buying groceries. hotel provide kitchen items on request, Staff are very friendly and helpful. Good place if you plan to use kitchen especially for kids. Highly recommended for family with kids.

Great budget friendly choice for a Disney vacation!”
We were spending 3 days at Disneyland and Disney sea and the Flexstay in was a really convenient and comfy place to stay while we were in the area. It was great value for money and they provide a free shuttle in the mornings and evenings to and from the Disney resort. It is also a 15 min (flat) walk from the nearest train station and less than a block away from a bus stop which are also both easy ways to get to the resort. The room was clean and as-advertised and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They also spoke english well which was helpful to us as non-japanese speakers.

It's like a Japanese 1k apartment.”
It is just like a 1K apartment. Reasonably roomy, more than clean enough with a full mini kitchen and a washing machine so you can wash your clothes if you want to. They also have an option to rent by the week or month. So you might have good savings there. I stayed here to go to Disney sea and it's very easy to get to via public transport. Just a a short trip on the bus to DisneySea you can also get to maihama station. So I'd say reasonably worth it.

Though the hotel location is between the train stations the staffs and room are good. We had to come after midnight and the receptionist waited after his duty so he could check in us. Msgs to the hotel were also promptly answered. We have a stay before the Disneysea. They have free shuttle to Disneysea. Recommended.

The hotel is located around a residential area. Quiet at night. There is one 7-11 and a chinese restaurant nearby. Has free bus from the hotel to maihama station.

The hotel staff is nice and polite.The let us lend an adaptor for our phone.They give us a copy of the shuttle bus schedule to Tokyo disneyland and the pick up location in Maihama Station. It was just that she forgot to tell us that it is in the other exit.Because it is all written in japanese.We waited for about an hour in a cold weather figuring out if the bus just dont arrive and waited for the next schedule.We are in the other exit with the shuttle buses of other hotels.We asked several bus drivers there but they do not know where is the other waiting area for other shuttle buses.

Not a double bed!”
We booked the Superior Semi Double Room, the first thing is the room is small, No superior about it. This was not helped by the fact that the bed was not a double, it was at most a king single with two pillows. They (apparently from the booking information) allow up to 4 people in this room, I can not see how? If not for the location, price and courtesy bus to Disney land I would not recommend this hotel. IF you are after a hotel to visit both Tokyo and Disneyland I would recommend you either look for another hotel or change hotel after visiting Disneyland. Note the Courtesy bus pick up from the hotel is from 8:35am (so you will not get to the park for opening) and only one pickup from the park at 9:30pm from other side of JR station.

This hotel is recommended to stay if you want to visit Disneyland where just far only 1 JR station from Shinurayasu to Maihama station and they also had shuttle bus to Disneyland 3 times in the morning such 08.35, 09.30 & 10.30 a.m. incl this hotel nearby 7-11 and bus stop where we reached by walk only 2-3 mins. Staff was very friendly to introduce the place that we want to go.
