Good location”
Everything was good. Located about 350 meter from Mikawashima station, Maruetsu supermarket just next to this apartment and a few step further is 7eleven. Everything was good except the beds not recommend for people who have problem with your back. I have back ache everyday after got up. And one bed room in the apartment the bed was right next to the window you can feel cold from the air outside. And the small living room has no air conditiner ( heater ) so you can feel cold when you watch tv. ( there are 2 heaters in each bedroom )

Easy to travel to CBD, and city area”
The place is very nice, clean, and accommodated. Near to JR station, only one stop to reach Nippori. Nearby convenient store and super market. Good to stay !

The questhouse is only 5 minutes walk from Mikawashima train station. Spacious for family stay though the place is dated but it is clean. Staff is friendly and speak a little English. Overall a satisfactory stay for me and family.

The Location was good, convenient for JR lines and pretty close to a couple of the metro lines. The place was as advertised. The couch/table were older than the ones in the image but other than that it was as shown. Good amount of space for Tokyo and bed was comfortable. Having a 7-11 near with an international bank friendly atm was very convenient.

You cam get here by keisei skyliner from Narita airport. The check-in and check-out process can be totally done by yourself 24/7 which is very convenient. The facilities in room are very well, including fridge, washing machine, small kitchen with microwave, implements and tableware , place for hanging clothes and amenities... Air conditioning and lighting cam be adjusted as you like. The location is convenient but also quiet with two railway stations, a commercial street, two convenient stores, supermarket. You can just take one or two stations to Ueno and Nippori and start your journey to Tokyo. Bed and pillow is big and clean enough enough but can be more comfortable, maybe too harder for four of us. Clothes-hanger can be more... By the way, it is pleasant experience to stay in here

Practical option, enough space for a family of 4-5”
2BR configuration was very useful, provided enough privacy and personal space for the family. Bathroom was very clean and comfortable, allowed for bathing, toilet, sink use at the same time without any hassle. Enough towels also. Master BR had a daybed which could be another small bed if needed (better though if extra pillows, blankets were already provided or stored in the cabinets). Big enough ref to store food also. For a clean, safe place in the area, this is very much worth it.

Near to 三河島 station ,but go to 新宿 take time ,If don’t mind change jr everyday ,is good for stay ,I think is very tired shopping all day and take long train to back

Pro- close to the train station and they are allowed us to check in early when we arrive at noon . The dining table in the living room is a plus. Con- the bathroom especially the bathtub is not big enough for men. There was a lot of noise when you turned on the water heater . No clothes hangers. No English instructions how to use washing machine. Far from the subway. Overall the place is good enough for us to stay comfortably in the budget.

No receptionist. No house keeping. No cleaning every day. Old apartment. Few facilities damage with no solution. Often the check in process failed, and very difficiult to contact the person in charge

+ grand appartement + magasin proche - bruit le bruit et le bruit (entreprise de logistique en face / travail début à 2-3 heure du matin - bruit de la route - vieilles fenêtres et appartement vieillot Pour avoir du calme il faut réserver les appartements quadruples car tous situés a l’arrière du Bâtiment. Très déçu du séjour

Overall it was a pleasent stay but the housekeeping service was no good. There were no washing detergent in the room and when I wrote down the request it did not come. It is stated to leave the towel outside the room for the staff to change but they did not change and I had to purposely go to the office to let them know despite already informing the staff the day before. The place is very near the train station with a supermarket nearby. The family room is also spaceous.

We were 3 staying in a Family Room that could accommodate 4, so it was very spacious. It has everything we needed. The kettle in our room was dirty though.

Quiet neighborhood. Supermarket nearby. walking distance to the JR train station. Near Ueno station which is 2 stop away. Great for living with family members.
