Only 10 min from the glacier lagoon and diamond beach”
Great location to diamond beach such that you can easily go for sunrise pictures and then come back for breakfast. They have a nice breakfast of homemade smoked lamb, lamb sausages, and a smoked artichoke char salad that was really good. The rooms were also surprisingly quite large with plenty of room for all of our luggage, and there is a large lobby with free coffee and tea all day. Lots of people would sit out in the lobby couches chatting, or making instant ramen using the hot water for tea.. The staff is also really friendly and hard working.

This hotel is a good drive from Reykjavik. But once out this way it is totally worth it!! For one, it is quiet. But you also have the spectacular glacier Lagoon nearby. Property is family owned, clean, large rooms, and good restaurant on site. Even a good chance to see Northern Lights out here too!

The reception is also the same place you eat breakfast. The person behind the counter was extremely helpful, nice, and was very knowledgeable about the local area. The rooms were very clean and you wake up to a beautiful view of the ocean on one side and a view of the glaciers on the other. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Lovely clean modern room. Staff were very helpful and friendly. They helped me so much when my phone charger broke. Breakfast is very good with so much choice. Dinner was delicious, from salads to seafood, to soups. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and delicious food in the restaurant. Enjoyed the breakfast and the museum exhibition in the main building. Check in and out was easy. Helpful staff. Only problem was the window kept making banging sound because of the strong wind we stayed that night.

Isolated spot”
Clean large rooms ( no shampoo/conditioner). Delightful small lounge with good coffee. Set adjacent to lagoon and mountains. Mediocre food with little taste, sadly somewhat typical in Iceland. This is not Italy or France....

The stay was okay ”
Overall it was fine, the view from the room was pretty, good spot to see the sunrise. Room is okay, clean but the toilet was quite humid. Restaurant was over rated and food wasn’t that good, very pricey.

Wonderful stay ”
Staff were really friednly and helpful. The room was clean with a beautiful view of the mountain, though the downside is that it is a little small. Breakfast spread was really really good.

Nice hotel close to main attractions”
This is a very comfortable hotel located near some of the main local attractions. If weather permits, you can see the aurora right from the parking.

Ideale Lage zu den Gletscherlagunen ”
Es sollte ideal zwischen Süd und Ostküste sein... so war es... Aufpassen: Das vorrangig präsente Foto zeigt das an der Straße gelegene, modernere Gebäude von Restaurant und Museum, nicht das etwa 300 Meter entfernte Wohngebäude. Zimmer sind eher schlicht, wenn auch teils aufgefrischt. Gutes Bad. Frühstück im o. g. Restaurant, recht gute Auswahl, wenn auch ohne Warmspeisen. Sehr netter Service einzelner Mitarbeiter.

員工很有禮貌，房子是獨立屋分上下層。 我們住的下層是2房，整體空間少，如果不是家庭租用的話應該是共用浴室及共用休息空間。 房子地板感覺不清潔，廚具足夠，但比較殘舊，房子沒有衣櫃。 最差是房內外有強列異味，很難接受。

스카프타펠 투어 신청했다면 추천합니다. 그리고 저희 숙소는 현관 바로 앞까지 주차가 가능해서 짐을 옮기는 것이 정말 편했습니다. 숙소 경치도 좋았습니다. 조식은 보통입니다. 나쁘지는 않습니다. 직원도 친절했습니다. 깨끗한 정도도 보통이었습니다.
