if you are not korean, avoid like the plague”
his resort is 100% focussed on korean domestic tourists. as an english speaking overseas visitor, it was dire. plusses - the rooms are well sized and warm (in winter, the warmth was a huge plus, we might have checked out pretty much on arrival otherwise). breakfast did have some western choices, along with salad, pasta and many other dishes i wish were available at lunch or dinner! minuses - the staff speak no english. none of the restaurants (there were 3, 2 main ones and a "cafeteria" which was basically a lobby bar) had any menu's in english. nor any pictures in the menu's. nor any english speaking staff who could even basically translate what the menu's said. which made ordering food well nigh impossible. we tried cooking in the flats' "kitchen". somewhat hard, there is a hot plate but no microwave, a kettle to go on the hot plate (not an electric kettle) and a rice cooker with no instructions. oh, and an electric plate drier (we think, again no instructions). so we had to make our meal with one hot plate. a good selection of plates etc were provided, forks and spoons but no knives! two saucepans which was just about enough. it was a strange meal. hotel has no architectural merit whatsoever and is in the middle of nowhere. on-site "supermarket" is a very basic convenience store selling only korean goods. there is no gym and no swimming pool. some basic wifi in the lobby only. at least it was free. the bathroom has no amenities (there was a bar of soap, but that was it) and only small basic towels (no bath towels). the bedding was a duvet (fine) and a pillow made out of something indescribable, but approximating to being filled with wood chips. it was incredibly uncomfortable. parking was free but the carpark was overfilled quickly.

Wifi is only provided in the lobby and not in the room, which caused a little inconvenience. Facilities in the room were a little run-down compared to the previous hotel we stayed in in Jeju. But overall, it's a pleasant stay.

地方很大，仅此而已”
1.位置。的确很荒，尤其是到了冬天，绿草都黄了，看上去像是到了荒郊野岭，若不是有车，交通不大便利。 2.房间大。看重的就是这点，有两个房间都有床，一大一小，客厅也蛮大。 3.房间无WIFI。真的没有，半夜得经过一个很冷的露天走廊去大厅上网。 4.楼层。很多人找不到大堂，以为在1楼，其实大堂在3楼，外国人容易做错楼层。 5.设施。KTV、电玩、网吧、超市等还算齐全，虽然规模不大。 6.服务态度。可能是较忙的缘故，店员们没有那么热情。 7.早餐。没来得吃，但是去了二楼看了下，种类蛮多的。 如果价格适合，下回再回来，吃完早饭。 ^,^

总体感觉还不错，不过客房没有无线网，对于外国游客来说很是不方便！酒店配有货币兑换业务，还有超市，餐饮等等！这些还不错！

대여섯번 이용을 했었는데 지금까지 계속 친절하게 응대 해주시던 데스크? 프론트? 직원분들 이번엔 기분이 나쁠 정도로 불성실한 설명이 참 그랬네요.(체크인시, 그 뒤에 찾아가서 다시 물어봤을때, 전화로 다른 일을 여쭤봤을때) 수학여행팀이나 기업 단체 손님들이 있어서 정신이 없었겠지만....지금까지와 다른 응대에서 좀 섭섭했습니다. 다른 파트 직원들은 여전히 너무 친절하게 응대 해주셔서 몸둘바를 모르겠더라구요. 조식(한식당 오름) 나쁘지 않고, 직원들도 친절하시구요. 객실팀도 너무 친절하게 설명 해주셨고요. 이 분들 때문에 다시 이용하지 싶습니다. 마사지샾 강추 합니다. 미리 예약하시고 가시는거 추천드립니다. 파크가든도 강추 합니다. 복잡한 맛집 찾아서 다니는거 보다는 여기서 드시는게 훨씬 낫다고 생각 됩니다. 1분이 몇 g인지 확인하시면 비싸다는 생각도 안드실겁니다.(물론 밖에 맛집들이 더 맛이 있을수도 있지만 여기도 나쁘지 않습니다.)

정말 실망 많았던 룸 컨디션.”
룸컨디션 - 나쁨 위생상태 - 중하 재방문의향 - 절대 없음 서비스 - 보통 입실에 앞서 어린 딸 둘과 함께 입실 하니, 깨끗하고 조용한 방으로 요청을 함. 입실한 방은 2층이 였고, 주차장 쪽이였으며 방 앞에서 개념 상실한 흡연충들이 있었음. 1층 같은 2층이였으며 온돌방에 뜨끈함은 너무나도 잘 유지되어 온도를 내려도 잘 내려가지 않아 창문을 열면 담배 연기가 들어와 방에서 공중화장실의 특유의 냄새를 맡을 수 있음. 청소상태 또한 겉으로 보기엔 깨끗하나 지내면서 비위생적인 것들이 몇몇 발견 됨 (싱크대 수전의 곰팡이, 화장실 벽면의 노랗게 변색 된 타일, 천장위의 곰팡이, 방문에 덕지덕지 묻은 벌레 잡은 흔적, 멀쩡하지 않은 휴지걸이, 세면대 안쪽 곰팡이 등등) 피부가 예민한 탓일 수도 있지만 침구류 사용에 의해 가려움이 동반 되었음. 주방 냉장고는 냉장이 되지 않음 냉동이 되지 않는점을 냉동식품을 넣었다가 다 녹고 난 후에 알았음. 이상하다 생각하고 보니 냉장고에 냉장전용이라고 스티커가 붙어있었음. 3박4일중 3일째 밤에야 보고 왜 입실전에 냉장고 상태에 대해 이야기 해주지 않았는지 프런트에 전화함. 스티커가 붙여져 있기에 책임에 대한 변상은 없다고 함. 냉동이 되는 냉장고로 바꿔줄 수 있다는 말에 잠깐의 딥빡이 왔음. 이미 하루 이틀 지난 냉동제품들이 다 녹고 아이스크림은 물이 되었는데 놀리나? 대처에 아쉬움이 많음. 편의시설 이용시 옆 건물로 가야하는데 가까운듯 은근 거리가 있어서 어린 아이들과 다니기 불편했음. 위층의 새벽까지 의자 끄는 소리 때문에 괴로웠음. ★이럴거면 왜 미리 요청을 했는지 모르겠음. 아무소용 없는 요청메세지. 지인에게 절대 추천 하지 않을거고. 제주 한화는 다신 재방문 할 의향 없음. 이제껏 여행 다니며 묵었던 숙소 중 제일 실망했음. 룸컨디션 나쁘고 방 상태가 너무 오래 되어 후짐. 작년 하루 잠만 자기 위해 4만원대 저렴하게 사용했던 숙소보다도 못함. 강아지를 위한 방을 인테리어 공사할게 아니리 사람을 위한 방을 먼저 가꾸어 놓길 적극 권유 합니다. 강아지 리조트는 아니잖아요?
