Beautiful stay especially if you are flying the next day. The airport is across the hotel. All the people that work at the hotel I encountered were very nice and professional. I had a meal at the restaurant that wadi good and not expensive. I really hated to leave the hotel.

The staff is not freindly - no common sense of being positive and nice. The restaurant downstairs - staff members are surly and they have never heard of common courtesy - greetings (Welcome, Good morning, Enjoy your meal)... If you want to get hold of the front desk from your room 0- good luck - non-existent. Very plain attitude. The only positive thing - proximity to the airport. Otherwise - a place I would never stay in.

We have been staying at this hotel most of the time we travel to Poland. Rooms are clean but little bit run down. Those awful “psychedelic” carpets which gives us the feeling of dizziness need cleaning, bathroom needs updating and bed is just awful. Hard mattress on the stiff board platform does not give you any comfort. The mattress protection made out of the plastic gives you the feeling of the hospital bed. The hotel restaurant is very pricey and does not have much to offer. The biggest plus is just the location literally across from the airport.

Great location if you have early flight”
I had my flight out at 6 AM, and the departure entrance to the airport building is just across the street. Train station is on the other side of the hotel building, with trains to main station every hour. You can check in afternoon and with the short ride to town still have an opportunity to spend nice evening in Kraków.

Such a great convenience”
I chose this hotel for the conveniences to fly out to Paris the next morning. Arriving Krakow after 5 days of active hikings to mountain tops in the high Tatras, all I need was a comfortable place to rest and have a warm bath. This hotel definitely offer more than that. Accessible conveniently from the train stop, where you can take the elevator straight down to the lobby. I was greeted by professional yet friendly staff and the check in process was super smmoth. The room was super comfy and had a wonderful ambience which allow me to have all the needed rest I could get. As the hotel also connected to airport terminal, it was really really convenient for me to catch my early flight the next morning. I would definitely stay in this hotel again if I happen to be in Krakow for transit in future.

Bad attitude.”
We arrived to the hotel late after a long flight. it was very hot day and we got a room without any windows that we can open or working air conditioning. We contacted the receptionist and asked her for another room, she said there are no available rooms and that the AC will be back working in about one hour. We waited on hour 9 it was about 2 AM already), and the AC wasn't working. Then they sent us to another hotel 7 km away from the airport, and we didn't manage to get almost any sleep that night. We contacted the management in the morning about the stuff's conduct - and they didn't even care about what happened. we were very displeased.
