Stayd 3 nigths . Kindly staff - Quick Check in/out . Very good breakfast . Top swimmingpool with sauna and steam bath - Beautiful room an bathroom. Nice roofbar . Will stay here again .

this is my first time in Poland and I don't know that people still use PLN, rather than €. when I take a taxi to Hilton with a driver who doesn't speak English, the charge is 70.15. I thought that's €, then I pay. before getting off the taxi, I request for the receipt, but the driver doesn't understand what I'm talking about. strangely, he refund 30€ to me.... then, I go to the check-in desk and tell this story to the Hilton staff. The next day, Hilton staff find the driver by the receipt and get the overcharge back to me!

Weekend tour to Gdansk”

The location was superb, right on the water with a view of the dock, the bridge, the ships, and the sunrise every morning. Restaurants were everywhere, easy to access. The sites were not far away. The Hilton tower was in fact one of the historical sites.. so cool. The bed and pillows could be better. Bed was a little hard for our taste and the pillows flattened out in the course of the night. These resulted to complains from our 11yo of uncomfortable sleep. Otherwise, the weekend was just as expected.. a great weekend.

They charged me 100slz. after I left, and the housekeeping said I took something from the Refrigerator, and did it is not true, they didn’t even tell me this and just Charge me from my credit card. It was not good. Since I had lived the hotel every year, it was very bad.

Great location in old city. Old town walking streets are just a few minutes walk away. Clean rooms and good breakfast.

Very relaxing stay with the opportunity to walk to a lot of the attractions nearby. Nice part of the town Gdansk to stay in, many resatuarnts Close to the hotel With very good food!

we went there for a holiday for few days. everything was fine, but it wasn't that great how i imagined hilton would be. reception's english skills weren't that good and that was a big minus. few of them spoke really well but only few. room was nice and clean, little bit cold at first but it warmed up. so basically it was fine, but hilton's brand made me hope for some more.

Our recent stay at the Hilton Gdansk was nice! The hotel facilities were pristine - SO clean. Additionally, the restaurants across from the hotel were EXCELLENT! The hotel staff, however, was sub-par. Check in took FOREVER. Our WiFi in the room wasn't working and we were told that a staff member would be coming to check the problem - that staff member never arrived. (The problem was fixed by the evening - I imagine that someone had entered our personal information incorrectly into the system, causing the problem) On the afternoon that we were leaving, we asked for late checkout so that we could go grab a quick bite to eat. Upon our return, we saw another family INSIDE of our hotel room - the staff member who allowed us late checkout must not have communicated that to his colleagues! All in all, it was a good stay, but the staff certainly has some room for improvement!
