Stayed for 2 nights and they were great. Such a good location and the staff were very helpful. the rooms are well sized and the bed was brilliant. When back in Krakow i will definitely stay here again!

The location of the hotel is good, and It is nicely cleaned, the facilities are quite new. One thing that I feel not quite satisfied is the temperature inside the room is not high enough, especially in the cold winter, which makes me caught a cold at night. I hope they can improve that in the future.

no heating - cold room”

A five stars hotel with a stupid funny heating system? Asked about it on first night , the answer I got: "yes we have heating, you need to turn the knob to maximum. Nada- kind of cold air from a/c. second day-" you have to wait awhile till it start heating" again nada- cold air. Only at the third and my last night the true came out. The heating system in this hotel starts to heat only if the temp. Goes below 15 Celsius. Imagine yourself going out from the shower to a room with 15 degrees. After Krakow we went to Warsaw, west in hotel. No funny stupid heating issues. Everything was perfect. The holiday in is quiet expansive hotel, especially compare to Poland. This method of heating is kind of trying to be chip and save expanses on the count of guests. From a search I did you can find yourself a good and less expansive hotel at the same area with a normal a/c. after writing my review in TA the hotel respond and gave a fourth version about the heating. Check this subject before booking

Amazing location and comfort!”

This hotel is literally a 5 minute walk to the Old Town Square yet it's situated in a private location. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating, even upgrading me to a bigger room. My room was extremely clean and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was huge and had great water pressure. I especially appreciated the cool air conditioning during my stay in summer when the weather was hot which made it easy to relax and fall asleep easily after a long day of sightseeing. I can't recommend this hotel enough.

Great Location, Good Breakfast”

Hotel is located in great location, about 5 mins walk from Old Town center. Hotel offered good selection of breakfast. There was a little dust in the room but they cleaned well after we informed to them. We felt that there was not much selection on the dinner menu.

Upgraded Room in Central Location”

The room is very comfortable. After having to wait a long time for check-in, my room was upgraded. The hotel is centrally located and well worth a stay.

Great city, real history !”

The location is just great, near the market square (5min walk only). The hotel outside design is lovelt, it looks like an old castle. The rooms are old but clean and comfortable to be honest. Staff are lovely.

200metres to Old Town”

Very good stay, although hotel was under major renovations. Air-conditioning system in the room was not operating properly but room temperature was alright for the duration of our stay. Room was a bit dated but clean and comfortable with TV, tea and coffee and complimentary WiFi.

Beautiful Hotel but a bit far from Train Station”

The room was comfortable and was larger than I expected. Easy walk to the Main Square but a bit far away to the train station

Great- central locations with lovely rooms”

Good hotel in central location (5min walk to old town square). Room was lovely and were given chocolates and bottled water daily. Couldn't fault the service we received. Would stay in the hotel again!
