Big & Clean Rooms near city center”

Love the room size and the cleanliness. The concierge cleaned our rooms and refilled our water bottle and changed towels. However, they need to improve on concierge service upon checkin. If you arrive early in the hotel like we did (we arrive 10am) you have to wait until like 12nn to 2:30pm before the concierge arrives. If you book via travel agency, you have to get the key from the concierge and not on the key machine outside the hotel door. The hotel also does not allow early check in and you can’t leave your bags in the lobby. You may go to the nearest luggage storage store (about 200m walk).

New hotel, the room is good with kitchen inside. All stuff are new & clean. Except check in very dissapointed. Cannot check in on time since the rooms still not ready. Have to wait about 1-2 hours. The check in staff cannot speak english at all. Overal is good.

Despite having seen many reviews regarding the check-in procedure of this hotel and thus expecting that it would be rather troublesome, our experience was far from what we expected. Checking in only took less than 10 minutes and though the staff was not very eloquent in english, he still managed to get instructions across. The room was very cozy and even had kitchen equipments such as a microwave, stove, bowls and cutleries and many other facilities (including a washing machine!). Though small, the room design and layout was very good and we didn't feel that it was too cram at any point. Location was also pretty decent and rather close to the train station! This hotel is also value for money^^ Would definitely recommend this unless you need to have the staff to attend to queries 24/7 because we only saw one staff throughout our stay and he wasn't present half the time. If you're looking for the accessible and cozy type of hotel, this is definitely the one for you!

Fantastique”

The place was very nice and the location was very close to central Shinjuku. However, the place does not have luggage storage and the check-in time is only at 3 pm so if you arrive in the hotel early, you will not be allowed to leave your luggage in the reception. Also, there was no receptionist to handle our check-in, we needed to wait for 3 hours until we were able to check-in. I suggest for the management to place lockers so guests may store their luggage while waiting for check-in if there is no storage space in the lobby for such items. Overall, I recommend this place because of the spacious rooms and good location but know that if you will stay in this hotel, arrive exactly at 3 pm so you will be allowed to check-in and store your luggage in your room.

Lovely surprise in the heart of Shinjuku ”

We were really pleasantly surprised by Hotel Bampky, it had everything you needed for a great stay in Tokyo. Only critiques are that the balcony window didn’t have a curtain in one of the rooms which was a bit annoying in the mornings, otherwise all good!

More of an Airbnb than a Hotel”

Place a simple and clean . What i find difficult is there is no staff available only a machine whenever you need assistance as a traveler. Nasaan airbnb can a hotel there is no daily cleanup of the rooms nor change of towels . It is quite far to the main station. No lobby assistance it is a normal apartment/airbnb. New handy phone with wi-fi that is available could have been useful if the phones is not so old that loading is so slow . Note: handy phone cannot do hotspot Considering the price compared to the hotel i wouldnt recommend this

离新宿大站650米，不算近。不能代收快递，去了N次日本第一次遇到不能代收快递的酒店。跟我说原则上没有行李寄存服务，让我签了小纸条后才寄存。内容是丢了的话一概自行负责。ok起码让我存了行李还是十分感谢。 但是酒店卫生十分差，马桶外面不干净，很多污垢，多恶心我就不说了。 床单以及被子很多头发，灰尘不擦。 agoda说这家的staff会中文，实际上根本不会，英语也要说的巨慢才能听得懂。 很差的酒店，千万别住。不要求退钱已经很好了。

立地良し、清潔感あり”

新宿から近いため利便性がよかったです。 周辺にはコンビニ、飲食店などが数十件あり夜ごはんに困ることはありませんでした。 チェックインは無人なので送られてくるメールをよく読んで入室しないといけませんが、 部屋は清潔感がありとても綺麗、ネットフリックスやアマゾンプライムが観れるので満足してます。 夜は屋上のハンモックに乗りながらゆっくりできました。

・このサイトの予約IDでは、チェックインがスムーズに出来ませんでした。 　フロントは無人です。連絡先に電話してスタッフに来てもらい、鍵を受け取りました。半時間ほどのロスになりました。 ・18平米の「カップルルーム」を予約したのですが、用意されていたのは1階にある13平米の部屋でした。 ・部屋自体は新しく清潔で、水回りも快適でした。 また使用しようと思えないことが大変残念です。
