Much better than a business hotel for a similar price, but the place is down at heels and in need of a major update. The air conditioning barey works, and the wi-fi is worse than spotty. Their outdated WP-2 security prevents more modern services being used, and even streaming a movie on amazon prime requires numerous reboots. Bad enough for an overnight, and for a longer stay there are better hotels in the same area. The hotel needs to invest in an upgrade.

Great place to stay and friendly staff”

Love the room! We had a king-sized bed so it was amazing. The view of the sea was great too! The breakfast food was okay but the staff are friendly. Very nice vibe.

Nothing really special, it is what it is. I prefer the APA Resort which is across the road - better value for money and facilities. Take the breakfast, the one at ANA is a full fledged delicious buffet, the one at this hotel is a set meal (due to covid)

Excellent service”

To be honest we were busy touring so we weren't in the room most of the time. But the staff and facilities are great. I think part is bc they also do weddings on the other side of the building. (The crowd does not usually mix. Won't need to worry about that part.) Partly bc of the wedding they have a nice and neat service about your coat & bags. To be honest we arrived EARLY but did not want a early check-in, so we handed the bags and they took it willingly(+I got my post through them as well) :D it would be easier to understand if you think of the services in the wedding hall except fewer people! The wedding is done in a pretty small size, so i do recommend this hotel if you are going for the Makuhari Messe.

Newish hotel very handy for Makuhari station, shopping outlets and conference centre. Buffet breakfast can be added at a reasonable price. Clean and good value.

We made a reservation two days before a big event and we got a good price. Our room was single for two, but when we arrived we got a huge bed with the view to the street. (It’s better than the view to the other building lol) the staff were very nice and it was very nice to stay there,

Nice and Convenience Hotel”

It's near JR Kaihimmakuhari Station around 7mins, near Makuhari Messe about 5 mins. There's a limousine bus stop to Narita or Haneda airport in front of the hotel, you may purchase bus ticket from the hotel. Room is clean and air con control by yourself, a multi charges inside room, although no hot water pot, a bottle of water is provided. Staffs are very polite and helpful.

This is a lovely hotel which let me feel back to European :-) We were very luck to get the room upgrade. Nice view, big room and comfort decoration. The restaurant for breakfast is also very beautiful. It was really a wonderful experience to stay in Hotel Francs. I'll highly recommend you to stay in this Hotel!

i still can not believe there is such hotel in japan.. very very outdated eventhough the room is clean. old but well maintained. near shopping centre and kaihin makuhari JR station. around 6 station to disney. staff very friendly.

Good location 5 minutes walk to trains station near branded outlet if you want to shopping the staff are friendly and redpecful buffet breakfast good also, price minimal as long dont increase much.

Budget place to stay not far from Tokyo Disney Resort, only about 30 min from hotel using JR Train. The hotel is good if you need twin bed and the breakfast is good too.
