Le personnel a été d'une extrême gentillesse et la chambre à été nettoyé par le personnel de ménage à la perfection. Toutefois, le lieu a besoin d'un vrai rafraîchissement (on entendait tout le monde parlait, se déplaçait, prendre sa douche,etc.). Loin du centre-ville et des activités principales, il n'en reste pas moins proche de l'une des stations de bus.

There is a shortcut, only 10-15 mins walking distance, to reach the hotel from bus terminal. The workers there are nice and friendly. Breakfast is basic and okey! AC is not really strong.

Very old hotel, it should have been refurbished long time ago. Rooms look as if they were from the previous century. The only positive thing is the personnel who was nice, friendly and helpful

A lovely surprise”
This hotel is very convienent to the Sarajevo Railway and bus terminals. There is a super good shortcut too from the station or from the hotel. Best get directions fron hotel receptiin. The city tram is undergoing repair but when completed this will be a great additional public transpirt plus for the hotel. Currently, at the junction beside the USA Embassy the temporary bus cover for the tram commmences. Hotel breakfast is very dubstancial. Partial full Irish and continental combo. Staff are very helpful and informed. Rooms (ours anyway) were clean and comfortable. E were on the 4th floor and it has been recently renevated. Great vakue for money. Currently it is cheaper to book by the booking sites than direct via hotel. We would use this hotel if here again.

The breakfast was very good, the location was so-so (a 25-minute walk to get to the Old Town area), the room was clean but basic, but at least the TV had good channels in English. Should note that wifi was poor in my room, so I had to stand in the hallway for a signal. Super friendly and cooperative staff!

no air conditioning in room. the hotel is located near the bus termainal and train station. however, a bit inconvenient to the city center.

Clean and comfortable, but not exactly central”
The city centre and main attractions are about 15 minutes away by tram or bus. There is nothing much to see in the area around the hotel, except a great little supermarket-and there are no restaurants nearby-better to eat in the Old Town unless you want to use the hotel restaurant (which was fine but nothing special, particularly if you're a vegetarian. ..). The hotel itself was clean, and the room was comfortable, but a little bit shabby.

Nice large hotel out of the way but close enough!”
Easy to find, on a quiet street/neighborhood. Large parking lot, clean rooms, nice staff. We walked right to the train station at the bottom of the hill. Close enough to even walk back from the central part of the city for us. At the train station there were a bunch of families of gypsys pretty much living out of their cars. It was freakin awesome to watch them, they were all drunk with bottles everywhere. They had their car stereos bumping music and they were all dancing and singing with each other haha! All the kids were playing and riding bikes LOL right in the parking lot. They were all dressed like thugs but I didn't feel scared it was great entertainment.

Handy to train and bus station”
Nice hotel, reasonable walk to city centre and old town - tram and local buses close by if don't like walking. plus was close proximity (250 metres)from bus and railway stations. Pleasant staff, excellent breakfast. Not many restaurants handy but café and restaurant in hotel. café very reasonably priced, both food and drink. Comfortable room, well serviced.

the stay was nice. Room is quite spacious with great view. Okay selection of food of breakfast buffet. very close to train station, so not a problem to catch very early train as there is a shortcut to the station. But it is a bit far from old town. restaurants closed too early.
