This is the third time I've stayed here. I've stayed at other hotels in Tokyo, and I prefer this one. It's a short walk from Ueno Station, and I've mastered it so that I can walk with luggage using elevators and walking underground in about 15 minutes to Keisei rr station where I take the Skyliner to Narita. It's close to 7-11, Yoshinoya, Andersen's bakery, Wendy's, and several eateries which I haven't tried. I enjoy walking around the park. I'm not into fashion, and it's a short Ginzo metro hop to Asakusa where you can buy souvenirs. Brreakfast included is a real plus, and you will need help using the coin laundry. The staff is ready to assist.I also use bag delivery to send my bag from Osaka to here, and no complaints from the staff. Just remember to keep your receipt when you send your bag. Soundproofing could be better because if someone knocks on the room next to you, you can hear it. But the other guests were considerate and they're mostly businessmen.

Excellent location with very modern facilities”
Located on the east side (Iriya Gate) of Ueno Station, convenient with escalator (turn on at 7 - 7.20 am) and elevator (to subway turn on at 5+ am) for your luggage. This new hotel is equipped with modern facilities (laundry / bathroom..) Staff speaks fluent Chinese and English.) Quick service (5 min.) to change light bulb. :)

The hotel is very close to the Mass Transit system and the breakfast is quite good. The hotel room is clean and silent , will stay again.

1.) Walking distance to Ueno station(Hibiya, Ginza line & Skyliner). 2.) Close proximity to Ueno park, Ueno zoo, Ameyoko 3.) Decent breakfast menu with freshly baked bread and pastries. 4.) Can even exchange for a free drink or even beer for the days that your room doesn't require clean up. 5.) Smooth and quick check in/out. Friendly staff.

Passé le constat de la surface minuscule de la chambre ( et hauteur dans salle de bain probablement inadaptée pour les plus de 1m80), tout y est: literie confortable, linge immaculé, rideaux occultants, brosse pour vêtements, rasoir jetable, bouilloire, climatisation, humidificateur d'air...et lunette de toilette chauffante!! Hyper bien situé près des stations de métro Ueno ( 2mn), du train rapide pour l'aéroport et de la gare Ueno (5mn). Le personnel est souriant, poli et anglophone. Check in à l'heure et pas avant! Je recommande cet établissement.

Quiet place to stay”
Situated on quiet street. It is 3 mins walk from JR Ueno and 5 min from Keisei Ueno. Room is new and clean. Staff are helpful

perfect location, close to metro station and walking distance to shopping and dining area. Hotel also provide welcome drinks and additional amenities, such as skin care products at sample size, traveler will not need to worry even though they forget to bring their own.

This is my first time Tokyo business trip since the outbreak of the COVID-19 almost three years ago. The Guest One was the my favour hotel in Tokyo because of her location to the Ueno station (one of the business station in Tokyo). Sometimes the price is quite high particularly during peak season. The staff is friendly but the hotel use full-automate check-in system, it took sometimes to fill in everything by myself using the touch panel. This is also giving a dry-feeling of not-so-human. Anyway, this alright since this is Japan.

Very good location near Ueno skyliner station with good connection to Narita. Plenty of restaurants nearby as well. The rooms are well maintained, free basic breakfast and very clean. The only issue is that they are very small, but this is the common way in Tokyo.

Modern and clean. In the heart of Ueno.”
Perfect location. A few steps from Metro Ueno. The hotel is clean, modern and well-managed. The breakfast was good. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean and pretty. But the room size was very small (a typical room in the middle of Tokyo). And the prize was a little bit high. Elevator doesn't have air-con. So it was very hot in summer. I hope they will install air-con in the elevator too.
