Hotel qui peut mieux faire ”

Si le personnel et la chambre et l’hôtel en général sont conformes à ce que l’on attend d’un établissement de cette catégorie, le petit déjeuner est en revanche le point faible de celui-ci. Choix restreint et en dépit d’un petit déjeuner américain annoncé on s’interroge sur cette mention américaine lorsque l’on voit le contenu, c’est en outre cher pour ce qui est proposé notamment une viennoiserie décongelée ... en outre ce choix restreint de petit-déjeuner pénalise les personnes qui comme moi restent plus de 3 jours ... enfin un dernier point ennuyeux est l’insonorisation le quartier étant assez bruyant même sans les travaux c’est assez agaçant d’être réveillé en pleine nuit par les discussions des badauds ou encore les passages des trains . Toutefois le séjour à et agréable notamment parce que le personnel est aux petits soins avec les clients et toujours prêt à nous aider lorsque l’on cherche un article bien particulier comme la pasta box !! Merci encore à tout le personnel

Chambre plus moderne que dans l'autre hotel mais petit dejeuner correct mais avec moins de choix. Free shuttle pour l'aeroport et station de train a proximite.

So close to the airport. The convenient store is just across the hotel. Easy access to the train station about 3min walk.

Clean and very comfortable room. Great breakfast spread. Also love the little eateries across street on the way to the train station. Quite a few convenience stores and a sundry shop.

-Room size standard to what you'd expect at an APA or similar. -Breakfast was sub par for a Japanese hotel. I've had better a hostel in Japan. -7-12min walk to the train station -Familymart 300m away -Didn't use shuttle as it doesn't always come to the international terminal (drawback) Otherwise: a clean suitable hotel with kind staff.

Convineance to access to Haneda Airport”

Good to stay here if the next day morning flight. Not good choose for long stay vacation because too far from City. And room size is very tiny

hard to get taxi late at night - 1 hour wait in near zero degrees. Nothing wrong with hotel - but better off staying at Haneda If arrive late

We came in to Tokyo Haneda via a late night flight and took a taxi to this hotel. Was about 10mins from Haneda airport. Cab fare was about ¥1800. Room was clean and nice. Fit our family of 4 (incl a 17 and 12 year old). Was good that it included breakfast and the spread was Breakfast was decent. Free Airport shuttle was also a plus for us given that we could use it to get back to Haneda airport next morning. Staff was polite and speak decent English

Location is near car rentals and there is a 24-hour ramen shop nearby. Very convenient. Facilities were clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Easy to Get to from Haneda Airport”

Catch a train right outside Customs at Haneda Airport and 3 stations later you’re there. Turn right out station and you’ll be able to see the hotel name a fairly short walk away. There are two hotels with same name but West Wing is a one mini minute walk from other so not a big deal. Convenient free hotel shuttle bus back to airport runs 2x each hour. Cozy comfortable room with firm bed and 4 pillows. Very up to date bathroom fixtures. Room Climate Control and TV Remote are in Japanese so needed a bit of guessing. Small breakfast buffet with good selection of western and Japanese food and very attentive chef who keeps everything fresh and topped up. Early departure? No problem as breakfast starts at 4 AM and runs all the way until 10 AM. Free Coffee/Tea/Juice/ Cola/Ginger Ale 24/7. You’ll pass by lots of eateries between train station and hotel with tasty and affordable options. Very polite hotel staff. Yes, would definitely stay again if needed accommodations near Haneda.

A good choice if you are going to transit for a night at Haneda Airport. The room though is small, is very clean. However, the choice of breakfast can be improved (limited of food to choose from)
