Emplacement idéal”
Sommes satisfait de notre séjour a cet hotel. Bon service. Hotel propre et personnel serviable meme a notre arrivée en pleine nuit. Tres bon buffet déjeuner. Point négatif : pas beaucoup de pression d eau a la douche et pas d eau chaude au lavabo. En cette période chambre humide car pas de chauffage.

Very nice hotel. (+) Breakfast was good and diverse. (+) The hotel is located at a main touristic area (lots of restaurants and bars). (+)The hotel facilities are in good condition. (-) The double bed isn’t wide enough. (-) There is a lot of noise coming from the bars’ alley at night, although the windows are doubled. (in the rooms in front). (-) The electric sockets weren’t good.

The hotel though being a old building the rooms are clean but very small for a Double Bed option. The location is in middle of several restaurants & bars facilitates access to everything & anything. But the location is very noisy in the night.

Great hotel in busy but convenient location!”
We stayed for 2 nights in Hotel Los Palmas. The room was comfortable and clean, but slightly noisy from the street at night. The location is the standout feature of this hotel being close at the centre of Miraflores and close to Park Kennedy! Would recommend to anyone needing a hotel to stay at the explore Kennedy. Breakfast was included in our booking and could have been improved in both service hours and range.

Earplugs Necessary”
More fresh fruit and yogurt would improve breakfast. Staff was always helpful and efficient. But noise from the neighbourhood bars either kept us tossing and turning or forced us to wear earplugs almost every night until 3 AM. Miraflores city signs suggest: Less noise, more respect. A great message but the city obviously does not get the message when bars can play music at wall-shaking volumes until the wee hours.Maybe the hotel owners should talk to the mayor. Because one pays premium prices for a good sleep in Miraflores, this problem should be addressed.

The hotel is very old nad not clean. The stuff is rude and I do not reccomend it to anybody. There was a breakfast included, however the amount of food was not sufficient for the guests and the quality was poor. I travel a lot and this is one of the worse hotel I have ever steyed.

Decent hotel close to Mia Flores”
The hotel was pretty good and well located. The bed wasn't very comfortable, but we only stayed two nights.

Ideally located in the heart of Miraflores”
We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights during our stay in Lima. The hotel is very centrally located in the Miraflores district which is regarded as the safest area for tourists. It is only one block from the central Kennedy Park with an abundance of local shops and restaurants. It is a 20 minute walk to the pre-Inca site of Huaca Pacllana and approximately 45 minutes to Central Lima. It is also close to the coast. The hotel and room were comfortable with hot showers and wifi. The only downside was the breakfast buffet. Though the food was decent, the service was badly managed with frequent queues building up, uncleared tables and an unattentive waitress.

Hotel has seen better days, and rooms were very noisy because of their closeness to the street. Staff were not friendly.
