..car son seul "trait coréen" est qu'elle a été vidée de ses meubles... (pas un pb pour ce qui est du lit, mais l'absence de chaise/table est peu pratique). Le reste de la déco ressemble à celle d'un vieil Holyday Inn du fin fond des USA. De plus le coin où l'on dort ne possède aucune prise elec, ni lampe. Impossible d'y lire sans éclairer tte la pièce. La fenêtre n'est pas insonorisée et le chantier de construction voisin commence ses activités dès 7h15.. Comme en plus les nuits sont très bruyantes dans le quartier.

It's my 2nd time staying at Hotel Leo after my last visit 4 yrs ago. Hotel rooms were spacious, comfortable and very clean. As usual, the staff were very friendly and courteous, they greeted us every time as soon as we're in and out of the hotel. I particularly like the night shift lady staff which I forget to get her name. She was especially helpful and spoke perfect English. Helped me with my rented car for 2 nights when I arrived back at the hotel. Booked our jumbo taxi to the airport as their shuttle transport wasn't able to fit 6 of us. And telling us how delicious and healthy the hotel buffet breakfast is when we decided to try their breakfast in the morning before going to the airport. She's true to her words. Thank you, you have been really kind. Hope to see you again next time.

Hotel Leo made our stay in Jeju extremely enjoyable with their fantastic hospitality, amenities and top-notch service. We were very impressed by the thoughtfulness of the clothes sanitisation machine within the room. But the best and most memorable part of our stay has to be credited to the most friendly, helpful and amazing concierge staff- Helen! Besides going the extra mile to recommend some of her favorite eats in Jeju (plus providing great directions and pictures), she even helped us to research on how we can travel from Gimpo airport to Myeongdong (for our next part of the trip in Seoul). Also, Helen was able to explain all these to us in fluent English, and we were really appreciative of her help and warm gestures. While in the hotel lobby, we were also able to see how Helen provided the same amazing service to all the guests in the hotel, and we’d like to thank her for her genuine care. Without a doubt, meeting Helen is one of the highlights of our trip and we will definitely return to Hotel Leo on our next trip to Jeju!

Best hotel in Jeju!”
This is the best hotel I've stayed in Jeju for the entire trip! The location is great, with close proximity to the airport and shopping street, with lots of cafes, bed and pillows are super comfortable, and the best part is the service by Helen! One of the rare hotels where all staffs could speak English, Helen went above and beyond the level of service by greeting us with a big smile when we checked in, went over to the lift to press the button for us, and even when we were checking out, she could address me by my name when I was walking to the reception. It was a nice ending to my entire trip and I was glad that I chose this hotel for my final night!

Had the best sleep at Hotel Leo,cushy pillows and comfy bed & comforter. Booked this mainly for the LG styler. We found fake nails on table for 2 nights (even after clearing them the 1st night!) and our lights turned on & off randomly 2x but we just brushed it off. Receptionists were super friendly & fluent in English- a scarcity in Jeju!

Hotel staff, Helen, is super helpful. She managed to help us arranged a private taxi driver during the peak season- Christmas. Christmas Dinner at their rooftop was delicious and value for money. In the hotel room, there was a LG clothes "sanitiser/deioniser" for cleaning our soiled clothes. Highly recommended.

I didn’t plan this Jeju trip in advance and therefore relied on the extensive public bus to get to places like Seongsan Ilchulbong, Hamdam-dong. Hotel Leo location is quite strategic; the bus-stands to catch buses 202/201 were just a short stroll away. I also loved that the hotel room came with a UK-plug friendly sockets and their LG steam closet which was fun to try! Room is very clean and the view from my room on level 12 is perfect as i geta view of the sunset n sea in the evenings. Lastly though it is centrally located, the noise level is quite acceptable, and relatively quiet even with the chartered buses coming up early early morning for the tourist rides. Will recommend this hotel

This was the best hotel we stayed in in Jeju-do. The room was clean and the perfect size for a family of 4. If you're used to Western-style accommodations - this will feel like home. Many restaurants and convenience stores near hotel, and the shopping streets are just a 2 minute walk away. The staff are the best we've interacted with during our visit to the island. Speaks perfect English, extremely helpful and friendly. I asked for a recommendation to a salon and she helped me to book one. Highly commend the front desk staff! I will definitely stay here again.

I had a great stay with my family in the ondol room. Everything was perfect and the front desk service was really good and they were very caring as I hurt my knee earlier. The free shuttle services to the airport was a really nice touch. We even got a free beer! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Helen, hotel Leo staff, gave us an amazing service from receiving our advance luggage delivery, to giving us tips on travelling in Korea and always helpful to go the extra miles to find out how to get to our next destination. She was the only person in Korea we have spoken in the past 13 days. Her first class service deserved a 4 star rating.

I stayed from 10 to 13 Oct. The hotel was situated very conveniently near various bus stops and a short drive or bus ride away from the airport. The room we stayed in was in impeccable condition and equipped with modern facilities. What we remember most fondly is the extremely friendly and helpful staff. In particular, we would like to give a shout-out to Helen, who literally ran out to the streets to hail a taxi to bring us to the airport during rush hour. Thanks Helen!

Room was very clean. Shower had good water pressure. Loved the bathtub – great to unwind at end of day of walking. Many power charging points (including USB). TV had news channels in English language. Many eateries and shops within walking distance from hotel. Very conveniently located – near bus stops; 10 mins by taxi from airport; 20 mins walk from Black Pork Street.

Our most wonderful experience in Jeju was from Helen. She demonstrated great sincere enthusiasm to help us - from explaining the room facilities, calling a cab (and escorting us to the cab/giving instruction and actually sending us off door side), handling our luggages and recommending local restaurants. Helen was not just doing her job - she certainly showed real interest in making the guest feel at home. Keep up the fantastic effort Helen!

We had a great stay in this hotel. Beds are so comfy, the LG clothes steamer was a superb help for the winter jackets. Staff are friendly and helpful, the valet parking saves us hassle of finding carpark lot. Will definitely choose this hotel again.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Located about 10mins drive away from airport. Has various convenient store just a stone throw away, bus stops are nearby too. Best part is the steam clothing care system which we use it to sanitize our jackets everyday.

Location is great! Near shopping and eateries and convenience stores. Room was clean and spacious. The styler...star of the room! Only gripe was while the bathroom was big with heated toilet seating..there wasn't really much space to hang clothes. More hooks will be helpful. Definitely will consider staying here again on my next visit!
