Great location”
Great value for money. Right in the middle of the main Yanaka area. Close to Sendagi subway so easy access to everywhere in Tokyo & close to Nippori Station for Skyliner train to Narita airport. Numerous food stores surround the area & moments to the fun Yanaka area. Small rooms plus en-suite but that’s expected in Tokyo.

From Narita International Airport we rode an express train to Nippori Station which is where the hotel is located. From the station you need to walk at least 12-15 minutes (carrying a luggage with a 10 year old girl). The hotel is not hard to find. It is nearby convenience store, supermarkets and local restaurants. Sendagi Station is like a 5 minute walk from the hotel which is much accessible to the major subway lines. The room is too small for two adults but if you're just going to sleep at night then it's fine.

Staff was okay, however, reception was only open 12pm - 11pm. Not so clean probably due to it’s old condition. But I changed my room once due to mattress - can feel the spring already. But same issue with the room after. Lol

Convenient Hotel”
I have been a regular guest of this hotel and saw how they are improving their services. One of these changes is accommodation now includes a mobile smart phone you can use during your stay anywhere in Tokyo and includes unlimited data. There are also a lot of new shops (like 24/7 grocery, convenience store and a street market) around the hotel that makes the location more convenient.

Was a great rate I've got, around 22.800 yen for 5 nights. A bit out from city crowd, but easy to reach because it's near from subway station, 100m from sindagi subway, and 800m from nippori JR station, direct access to airports by skyliner. Lawson, some store and many food shops around.. Highly recommended to whom look for private room with limited budget in Tokyo, because I don't like dormitory room :)

Location is perfect - being near to both a Metro (Sendagi) station and JR station (Nippori). Front desk can understand English and it's always open and with staff. Price is the lowest in the area. They need to improve the cleanliness of the rooms. It is very dusty especially under the bed.

simple hotel with good location as its near the nippori station and sendagi. not hard to find. near a street market where you can buy lots of things and food. will consider this again when we get back. compared to different 4 star hotels ive stayed in for the past 9 days, this hotel has the best amenity kit shampoo conditioner body wash.

if you use tokyo metro then it is near to sendagi station but if you are using jr train it is quite far from jr nippori station.

The hotel is close to JR Nippori station, which is convenient if you are going to town via Skyliner or some other kinds of train. For in-town travel it is convenient too. As the hotel is right next to Metro Sendagi Station. Not the most convenient station(as you might need to do some inter-change stations within, which is not easy for some of you) but you can get to most of the places in Tokyo by Metro. For the hotel it itself, yes it is compact, but it is acceptable(as houses in Hong Kong are compact too). The facilitates are sufficient and the room is tidy and clean. A Aeon mini store and a convenient store is right next to the hotel. I recommend this hotel to you if the above description fit your needs.

Am was request to check in early and am was arrival hotel on raining afternoon at 12:30pm but they attitues very bad and told us wait till 3pm .Never book this hotel again

Sendagi's Best Kept Secret”
I stay at this hotel every time I go to Japan. This is the only hotel in Sendagi area and it is often hard to get a reservation. It is at the heart of a very traditional place where old shops and temples exist. It is near to two train stations: Sendagi (Tokyo Metro network) and Nippori (JR network). Having access to these two major train networks allows you to easily explore Tokyo without fear of getting lost since you know any train station can take you back. There are a lot of restaurants and eating places around the area and they are all tasty and excellent - even the food from convenience stores. There is one convenience store right beside the hotel which is, well, convenient for a quick buy for those days where it's too cold but you feel lazy to put on winter clothing just to get food. I love their new "late checkout" option for Y1000. My flights back are usually in the evening. I also love their new mug instead of the smaller traditional tea cup. It is a small hotel and staff aren't always available especially between 12noon to 3pm, and at night. So if you're on tight schedule keep this in mind when leaving your luggage at the hotel.
