Un hôtel pour les petits budgets”

L'hôtel se trouve au nord de Tokyo, à une dizaine de minutes à pied du métro et du RER. Les douches et les toilettes communes sont propres. Les chambres sont correctes mais on a demandé de changer la literie du lit superposé car elle était dans un sale état. Le personnel est accueillant et est à l'écoute de nos besoins. La gérante parle l'anglais mais aussi le français. Elle nous a beaucoup aidé pour nous expliquer comment nous rendre à l'aéroport de Narita. Il faut compter environ 1h en train pour 1170 yens. Le seul inconvénient de cet hôtel ce sont les murs qui sont en carton. On entend les bruits avoisinants, notamment les conversations.

Entierement satisfait”

Sans hésitation j'ai repris le même hôtel. Il est parfaitement équipé, les sanitaires ultra moderne sont nettoyés plusieurs fois par jour. L'hôtel se situe dans un quartier calme proche de toutes commodités. Le personnel est poli et sympa.

L'hôtel est bien équipé, moderne, très propre, proche station Minowa Senju. Personnel sympa parlant anglais et français. Je reprendrai cet hôtel à mon prochain séjour.

Quiet and Clean but a bit far from the city life ”

While there are train lines available nearby (a good 10 minute walk), the location of the hotel is a bit far from the other cities like Shibuya and Shinjuku (even Tokyo station). If you don’t mind spending time on the train, it’s a good choice. It is in a quiet neighborhood though with convenience stores and supermarket within the vicinity. Staff are helpful. Guest are free to use the fridge, stove, toaster, and rice cooker...and free coffee and tea. There are washing machine and dryer for ¥200 and ¥100, respectively. Laundry soap is sold at ¥50. Overall, it was a pleasant stay even with shared bathroom and toilet.

Good abd affordable place to stay in Tokyo”

This has been my go to hotel for the longest time. I like how clean and affordable this hotel is. It's a bit of a walk from the subway though. Aside from the long distance of walk, no complaints for this hotel. Would still book here.

Very good, clean and service”

Very clean room and other facilities. The staff is good in Enlish and friendly. But this place is quite far from Minami-Senju stn., if you are woman travel alone, the path to this place is desolate in evening.

Kind staff, clean room ”

The staff are wonderful. They are all friendly and helpful. The hotel is ten minutes located away from any public transportation. So if you have a lot of luggage, I would pick another hotel. In addition, laundry facilities are coin-operated so I wouldn’t recommend it for long-term stay.

Nice cozy place in Tokyo”

It’s an affordable place although it’s shared bathroom. The public areas are kept clean. Could have a bathing area on the second flr too rather than just in the first area but overall, a nice place for it’s affordable price. The soundproofing of the room is not so good. I can hear the activity of the room next to mine.

Fantastique”

Location is a little far from Shinjuku but near to Ueno. (Just 4 stops away) There are many convenience stores and eating options nearby. No daily housekeeping for your room but the premise is extremely clean. Free coffee provided and there are computers for you to use. Only 2 shower rooms available on the first floor but there wasn't any long wait and mostly vacant despite having full house (almost) during our stay. The staff was also helpful. The minus point is the bad sound isolation, whereby you can hear noises from the corridor as well as from neighbours.

Affordable and near by subway/JR line”

I picked this hotel because of the price. It is afforadable. Easy to reach by subway (Minamj-Senju) / JR line and Tsukuba Express (about 10 mins walk). The hotel is clean and offer everything you need. The staff speak good English. The down side only the room is small (but I don't mind) and can hear people walking in a hallway but they provide earplug. Overall are great and I will stay here again if I come back to Tokyo :)

Nice Hotel”

Great Hotel with everything you needed for your usage. Location about 10 to 13 mins walk to Minami-Senju station. Room a bit small but ok for me and my wife. Staff very helpful and easy to communicate.

Good location,basic but clean rooms. ”

Hotel located in neighborhood just 8-10 minutes walking to Minami – Senjou JR or metro Station. Ueno station is only 3 metro stops from there. I recommend you to buy one ,two or three days Tokyo subway ticket in airport. Very safe clean and quiet place for staying. You can find small local restaurants and cheap local food around. Small but clean rooms. Kitchen and rest area .You can find there everything you need for cooking. They provide free coffee, tea or just hot water Rooms are clean and comfortable. I recommend one room for one people. Staff is kind and helpful. Hotel is simple but extremely clean. Recommend it for budget travelers.

great budget hotel”

we had a nice stay at hotel meigetsu. The staff was helpful and the hotel was very clean. The tv had english channels for us to watch. The room was small but we spent most of our time outside anyway so it didnt bother us. The room we stay only had bed, TV and a table. But they have showers, toilet and fridge on both floor. Kitchen was downstairs with all cooking equipments you will need. We will go back there again.

Good price and location”

The hotel is in the suburbs so the place is very quiet because of its location. It was around 4-5 minutes walking from the JR station. Walking from the station, you would come across two supermarkets and a few dining restaurants. Highly recommended for tight-budget travellers

clean and comfy”

We had a hard time finding the place since we got off Senjuohashi station. We had to ask a 711 staff and show the map to find the place. It is easier to access via Minami-Senju station, around 10-15 minutes walk in a quiet neighbourhood. Restroom and bathrooms are clean. The also have a traditional bath that you have to reserve. Overall, we had a restful stay.

Nice Room in Old Tokyo”

Hotel is located in Old Tokyo. Pretty quiet neighborhood that you get to see the students walking to/from school, locals walking and cycling back to home/work. I really enjoyed walking in this neighborhood. The hotel was very clean. The shared bathroom was wonderful. The heating system worked well. Nothing was bad about this hotel and I am glad that i stayed there.
