Lovely hotel”

Elegant hotel not far from Akasaka-mitsuke station (5-10min walk, mild uphill slope). There are also other lines within walking distance so this area was recommended because of its accessibility. The staff are very nice and very helpful. The area is nice and quiet but close to the station, there are a lot of food options. The room was a bit tight but hey, it's Tokyo and small rooms are standard. Excellent water pressure in the shower :)

The handy phone (which allowed unlimited data and phone calls) was very useful and a very nice perk. The free daily slippers and free water bottles were also very nice to have. The location is a bit away from most of the attractions, but the hotel was still relatively close to many subway stations (which is a short one ride to most attractions) so that was very convenient. We paid extra for the room with a double bed instead of the semi double bed, but found the room was still kind of small. All things considered though, it was a still a very good hotel for the price we paid.

The rooms are very small , but still clean & comfy. the breakfast has good variety & great taste & they indicate which food has pork or wine , the staff is also kind enough to make special meal requests if you don’t eat meat .

Over looks the palace. So in a super quiet area. But very close to many great restaurants and bars. The breakfast was good. Booked again it was so good the first time.

Nice comfy rooms”

Hotel is about 8-10 mins leisurely walk from the train station, and about 15 mins walk from the airport bus stop, which was manageable for our group. Rooms are clean, comfy and spacious, bigger than most hotels in Tokyo. We had enough room to spread our big luggages and still move around comfortably.

nous y sommes restés 6 nuits pour un voyage touristique en mai 2012. les chambres sont plutôt petites mais dans la norme pour tokyo. de nombreux restaurants à proximité (près de la station de métro), et de quoi prendre un bon petit déjeuner pour pas cher entre l'hôtel et le métro.

L'entrée de l'hôtel est assez cozy et dans un style un peu britannique. Les chambres sont de taille réduite ce qui n'en fait pas un hôtel pour se reposer mais plutôt un bon pied à terre entre deux visites de la ville. Le quartier est assez calme le soir ce qui nécessite de prendre le taxi ou le métro pour se déplacer vers des quartiers animés.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel, especially because of the excellent service. For instance, they kept our luggages fo 2 days when we moved to Kyoto, even if we were not staying in their hotel once we returned. The rooms are a bit small (welcome to Tokyo!) but comfortable and clean.

Nice hotel with excellent facilities”

A bit of an up hill walk from the nearest metro station, however it's got eateries and convenient stores located within walking distance. Rooms are decent size in Tokyo standard and hotel staff offer great assistance though they speak little English. One the of the perks is the free portable wifi machine that comes with unlimited local calls, which is really handy when you're out and about exploring Tokyo. Overall a great stay.

Very helpful staff, very clean rooms and reasonable space compared to many Tokyo mid priced hotels. The streets behind the hotel and nearby to Akasaks-Mitsuke metro station (2 great Metro lines - Ginza and Maranouchi) have an incredible variety of basic to very good restaurants and bars.

I want to stay here again why - just because they have friendly customer service, the breakfast is good and of course it was so clean even the bathroom. Across the street is a shrine and walking distance to all small restaurant and affordable. High Five for this hotel. Thanks to all the receptionist that always helping us.
