Our family enjoyed our stay in hotel mystays hamamatsucho. The room is very clean, staff are nice and we love the free coffee 😊 It's very close to the subway and jr lines. Nice view of Tokyo Tower as well. I like the neighborhood it's in. Lots of restaurants around. Lots of convenience stores as well! Thank you Hotel Mystays Hamamatsucho!

You can reach JR Hamamatsucho Station in about 5 minutes on foot and subway Daimon Station in about 1 minute on foot. There are a lot of convenience stores and restaurants around our hotel, so I think you would not mind. We make glad when you came to Japan again, you consider our hotel. Great location for Hamamatsuchō station and Tokyo monorail”
Great location, very clean, handy fo the station and can walk to pier, Roppongi and Tokyo tower. The only negative is there are no laundry facilities in the hotel.

As you can see, it is about a 20-minute walk to Tokyo Tower, a 15-minute walk to Takeshiba Pier, and a 10-minute subway ride to Roppongi Station. There is no laundry corner, sorry. It cannot be improved immediately, but will be considered in the future. You can store your clothes and send them (for a fee) for cleaning, so ask at reception. Perfect place if you just need a place to sleep. Dont expect ay Frills on this Hotel but what it lacks as far as the Bells & Whistles, it makes up for a Great location. Places to eat are pretty much in every corner & access to JR & local Subway is literally a few mins walk. Hamamatsucho is a perfect place if youre looking for a place to stay that is Nice & Quiet area. Will definitely stay there again...

Pro - direct access of DAIMON subway and hamamatsucho JR Station. Free coffee but till 11pm only then they will put an out of order sign on it Cons - Not many shopping areas and eating place compare to UENO ameyoko area. Price high and room is small compare to Tokyo Bay hotels.

It was out of order at the time, however, it has been reraied so that it is available for 24 hours. In terms of room size, we are so sorry for the disappointment. Unfortunately, it is quite difficult for us to renovate the room size due to the structure of the building. Regarding our loation for shopping and restaurants, we apologze for the disappontment again. There are some restaurants near by, however, it is not as many as in Ueno area. Only 2-3 mins walk to Daimler station and 7 mins to Hamamatsucho JR station. Quite a few convenient stores and a lot of restaurants nearby. Only 10-15 mins walk to Tokyo Tower. Recommending this hotel since it’s comfortable to stay, with sufficient space for 2 people and nearby is not very crowd and not noisy at all. Will definitely visit again next time!

Good Location and Facilities”
The hotel is located near to two stations, namely Daimon and Hamamatsucho, where the subway and JR ploughs respectively. There is a small exit just about 50 metres from the hotel making it so easy for one to zip around town quickly. If you are having bags and need elevators, please do use other exits which are just couple of 100 metres nearby. Staff are incredible helpful and cheerful. ISo many combini, supermarkets, restaurant nearby, so you are spoilt for choice. I would recommend this hotel.

Excellent Location and Friendly Staffs”
This hotel is just 150 m from Daimon subway station. Hamamatsucho train station is also 10 minutes walk from the hotel. You can get direct train from Narita Intl Airport to Daimon which takes 1 hour 12 minutes. You needn't to change in between. This is very convenient. Famous Tokyo Tower and Tokyo Bay are nearby. At night you can get the spectacular view of Tokyo Tower. If you want to go for a river cruise just walk for 15 minutes and you are at Hinode Pier. There are lot of restaurants including Family Mart convenience store. Staff of this hotel are extremely friendly and always ready to help you. Only drawback is there's no restaurant or bar at this hotel. But you can easily get breakfast items from Family Mart- 1 minute walk... Though this place is not that much thriving like Ginjza or Sinjuku, but you get all the convenience here- subway nearby, tourists places within walking distance... I will recommend this hotel to others...

Clean hotel close to station”
Hotel staff were welcoming, room clean, and it’s location 5min from the station was handy. Room was small but sufficiently comfortable, but as you find in most Tokyo hotels. The hotel had construction occurring and with only one lift, the construction staff often held up the lift. They were very apologetic about this and I feel sorry for them if they have to use the stairs, but it was a small inconvenience. Apart from that, I would still return again.

The hotel is located near by Daimon Station and Hamamatsucho Station both only in a couple minute walking distance. You can go directly to Shinjuku Station without transfer so it’s very convenient. The room we stayed in was on the 13th floor and we absolutely loved the view of Tokyo Tower! Though the room was supposedly a “superior room with a queen size bed” but not much different compared to our double sized bed we have at home. And the room wasn’t spacious . They have enough set of amenities in the lobby and a coffee machine for free

We were relieved to be satisfied you with the Tokyo Tower View room. The width of the bed is 140 cm for a double bed, The queen bed is 160cm. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the narrow room. Amenities have improved little by little as guests spend more comfortable. Good Location (~15 mins to Tokyo Tower), Near Subway and JR Lines”
We stayed for 5 nights. Staff were courteous and helpful. Rooms were clean. Free coffee and toiletries in the lobby. The hotel was situated in a quiet neighborhood with lots of food options to choose from. I particularly loved Ringer Hut and Domino's Pizza which were nearby. There are also lots of convenience store around the hotel. Nearest Station for subway is Daimon Station around 1-2 mins walk. Hamamatsucho Station for JR Lines is around 4-6 mins walk. An issue for me though was that the smoke from the smoking area on the 2nd floor would reach the higher floors as the hotel has an atrium up to the top floor. All in all a good stay.

That's very Hotel I think so.very When I first came, the room was amazingly clean. What is worrisome is that the hair was floating in the bathtub. After that, garbage like seaweed was floating. Imm”
