We settled here for half of our stay due to its location to Ikebukuro. Stations are near the hotel so it's a plus. Ikebukuro itself is a great city with lots of things to do and good restaurants to eat. The room was smaller than expected but it is what I expect from a Tokyo hotel room but it is clean and the amenities were okay.

We will recommend this hotel. The price is affordable with the service and facilities provided. They have all basic necessities and facilities we need. The staff is very friendly, helpful and effective to. They are very honest when it comes to their customer. My friend left my wallet in the room in the morning of our check out and they trying to contact us ASAP to inform us about it. Thanks to the fast information we could retrieve the wallet before our flight later in the evening. Thanks for everything. If we have opportunity next time will come to stay here again.

We love this place!! It’s very easy to locate and the price is the best for people on a budget, great price and location, 5 min walk to JR Yamanote line, 5 min to sunshine city. The room size is decent, we are able to open both of our big luggage on the floor and also get a queen size bed, unlike some of the hotel cannot even out one luggage on floor. The room has microwave in it and have everything we need. Wi definitely come back next time.

Hotel was clean, the staffs speaks english and they cater to your every needs. Hotel was in front of a convenience store and theres restaurants nearby. Its around 8-10mins walk from the JR station (its really near). Theres a vending machine at the reception desk. Staffs are very accommodating. Check in is 3pm but we were there around 11am and they let us in our room already since there are vacant rooms. They also let us leave ou luggage after check out for FREE! The room is kinda small but fits perfectly for couples. I have no negative reviews for this hotel ❤️

One min away from Mukohara St. ng Sakura Tram and 7-10 mins walk from Otsuka Station JR Yamanote Line. You can take the Sakura Tram to Otsuka or you can walk. The room size is okay, not nor small, just enough for 2 people. The bed is comfy too. The hotel do not have free room cleaning service, you’d have to personally change towels and replace amenities in the lobby. We were fine with that. 2 convenience stores near the hotel and a restaurant just beside. Over all we had a nice stay and we’d definitely be back again.

I travelled with my mom. The place is situated in ikebukuro walking distance from sunshine city. 1 min walk toden arakawa tram . my mom is senior citizen and using the tram to reach otsuka sta made it easier .

Pros: Very clean and comfortable room. Nice and English speaking staff. With 24 hours restaurant and supermarket very near the hotel. Near Ikebukuro Shopping Center and Sunshine City. Lots of things to buy on discounted price. Near Otsuka Station JR Line and Higashi-Ikebukuro Subway. Near Iglesia ni Cristo Locale of Tokyo. Cons: They only clean the room upon check out. Hotels in Japan are really expensive.

Room quite small but nice and clean. Provide everything all you need and more from reception. I can made easy cooking by microwave and mini kitchen in my room its be comfortable. Many convenience store, restaurant near by and not expensive. A few minute to tram train also can walk to JR and Tokyo metro. I love here, see you next time.
