It's near Disney Sea (walking distance, maybe 10 mins). Bus stop is near. Rooms were clean and brand new. The feet massager is a nice touch! Like they've thought of everything! They have a ref, water heater, clean bathrooms, wonderful beds, and a view of not only Disney Sea Volcano, but Mt. Fuji on a clear day! Staff were kind, too! Free coffee at the lobby. Breakfast was just okay. Anyway, there are no restaurants nearby, so might as well eat there. They have free shuttle to bring you to the resorts and train station, but you have to check the time.

If you are looking for a nice hotel for the value that is near Disneyland and DisneySea, this is the hotel you are looking for! DisneySea is a 7-8 minute walk. Disneyland is about twice that, but there is a free shuttle service too. Hotel has a nice inexpensive breakfast buffet. It’s also walking distance to Ikspiari Mall with about 30 restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel if you don’t want to pay the big bucks at a Disney hotel. It was clean, friendly service and fast elevators. It had a complementary foot massager in the room and the water pressure was strong! Awesome value!

Great for Disney”
The room was smaller than what we expected, but all the requisite facilities were provided. The bed was good, other stuff like TV, fridge, locker, etc were provided,bathroom small but very well appointed. The staff was always helpful and the place was kept clean. bus shuttle to maihama station, disneyland and disneysea are very helpful (disneysea is easy walking distance and maihama station is a longish walk, but manageable). Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would stay again.

Great value for money”
The hotel offered a shuttle going to either DL or DS but later decided to take the easy 8min walk to DS, as per suggestion of their staff (very fluent in English Language). The size of the hotel room suits us (3 adults and 2 children). The fireworks from DS can be viewed from our room window. The foot massage machine inside the room is really a big help after a tiring walk in the park. The breakfast offered good selections, we all love the freshly baked breads too. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone or family who is considering staying outside the Disney resort. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to DS. Kudos to the whole team.

Great rooms, good value and great service”
Great rooms, good value and great service. Booked 2 days originally and the had to make a separate booking to add one more day but different room configurations later due to some changes in travel plans. Hotel staff had figured out that the bookings were made by me without my asking when I arrived and made recommendations on what I should do to transition between rooms. They helped to shfft my bags to the new rooms when I was out in Disneyland. Awesome service. Will come back again

The hotel is very affordable, breakfast is nice, loved the seafood and salmon salad. The staff were very nice, we were caught in a bad rain the first day we arrived and i got my shoes wet. They were kind enough to keep our luggage before our check in time, i requested for a shoe dryer. After a whole day when we came back to get our keys, the staff even gave me the shoe dryer which i totally forgot about it. Its only 7mins from disneysea and there is a shuttle bus service to and from disneyland! Would love to come back here again!

A cheaper option in disney vicinity”
By the time we decided to book our disney hotel, everything was way too expensive. Was glad to find this hotel at a reasonable rate and distance from Disneyland and Disney Sea. DS is within walking distance (about 10 min). There is shuttle service in the morning to DL and at night from DL back to hotel. So that worked out really well too. If u arrive outside the shuttle service hours, it is only 2 bus stops away, 150 Yen. Maybe the hotel can consider picking up pple at train station in the morning too to the hotel so that they could check in before heading off to DL or DS again.

Clean room and Friendly staff”
I was stay for 4 nite and took a three beds room. I like the room was clean and with complete facilities. The room size is quite small for 3 persons and 3 big luggages. They cleaning the room every day. The hotel breakfast was nice. The hotel location quite nice easy to find but difficult to find a 7eleven (mini market) or place to eat around. The Only Lawson available about 10minutes waking from hotel. The closed Subway station from hotel is Maihama station which is take 15minus walking from hotel. But hotel has free shuttle bus to station at 8.10 and 10.35 am. From station to hotel at 21.30, 22.00 and 22.30. I think they need to add more time of buses from and to Station. I was always in hurry did breakfast due to need to catch the bus to station at 8.10. Breakfast start at 7-9.30. Overall I love this hotel. Thank

Great Family friendly hotel on a budget ”
We decided to spend 2 days at Disney Lamd and Disney Sea on the back of a ski trip to Japan which really stretched our budget. We were looking for somewhere friendly and clean to accommodate our young family of 5. Kids being 11,9 and 6 I wanted us to stay in one hotel room without breaking the bank. Hotel Mystays Maihama was perfect for what we required. We were walking distance to the parks and large Ikspiari shopping Centre with many eateries. We really only slept in the room and were out from 8am to 8pm. The lobby area had free Lavazza coffee machine which I thoroughly enjoyed after a big day. The hotel also provided a shuttle service to the Maihama train station and Disney land. I would recommend this hotel for a budget friendly alternative to the big Disney Hotels.

This hotel is about a 15-20 minute walk to Disneyland. It is very clean and provided everything we needed as a family of four. The bedding/pillows/towels were of very good quality. We would definitely stay again if going to Tokyo Disneyland. Great value!

Lawson is just nearby. Walking distance. Disneysea is also walking distance and Maihama Station as well. The hotel provides free shuttle bus to Disneyland and Disneysea. Rooms were comfortable. Luxury toiletries provided. Love the free coffee esp cold weather. Excellent stay!

The place is worth it! As shared by other reviewers, the room is a bit small, but other hotels in urban Japan are the same. They have shuttle services to and from Maihama Station, Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea and that is convenient; just be conscious of the time as the shuttles leave on the dot. DisneySea is reachable in less than 10 minutes while the Maihama Station and Tokyo Disneyland are less than 20 minutes by foot. There is a Lawson convenience store around 5 minutes away for quick bites. Ikspiari Mall is near the Maihama Station and has many stores and restaurants. They have nice amenities in the bathroom and other amenities (moisturizers, facial cleansers, etc.) in the reception.

Super location, beautiful clean rooms, easy access, short walk to local Mall for shops and restaurants. Disney was so close!! The shoe dryers were our savior after a big rain storm. This Australian family enjoyed our stay.

Located near to Disney land. It is another option for those people who prefer a room with lower budget in Disney Japan. Room is clean and the receptionists are friendly. Highly recommended.

Near DisneySea”
Very near Tokyo DisneySea! Less than $2 by bus. You can take the bus at Ikspiari Mall. I recommend this hotel if you want to visit Disneyland or DisneySea. This is near Odaiba as well. It is quite far from Tokyo so I suggest you book another hotel if you plan to explore elsewhere. I love the free foot Massagers in every room. Will definitely recommend to friends.

Great place to stay overnight or couple of nights especially with young kids when going to Disneyland or Disney Sea. Breakfast is adequate and good. It's nice. Also great thing about the hotel there is a shuttle bus that stops at the hotel to pick and drop off to the station.

We r glad to find a reasonable pricing hotel which able to accommodate 5 of us in the same room. It can aso access easily within walking distance to both disney land & sea.. Buffet is simple n nice.. Absolutely poured with rain on our first day! We got drenched at Disneyland! There was no clothes dryers or laundry facilities but the reception staff were helpful and gave us shoe dryers for our shoes! Very friendly and close to Disneyland and DisneySea. Free shuttle available

Picked Mystays Maihama because the prices at all of the 'on property' Disney hotels was too expensive. Easy walk to Disney Sea - around 10 minutes. A bit of a longer walk to Ikspiari shopping/dining area and to Disneyland but you could always walk to Disney Sea and then jump on the monorail resort line over to Disneyland which I did a couple of times. The rooms are clean and bright. Very helpful staff.
