Avis négatif car notre chambre donnait ..... sur un mur !!! Avec juste des petites fenêtres en hauteur : effet cellule de prison. Sinon l'hôtel en lui même est très bien, bien situé au coaur du village

warm clean rooms and good location”
The hotel was easy to find and has good parking near the hotel. We drove around the ring road and we needed a place to stop and rest. It was close to good restaurants which we liked as we usually go out for dinners. The room was clean and warm when we arrived. Breakfast was nothing fancy but was good enough for us, the pastry was good!

Request to change hotel by 2 Keahotels upon check-in”
I was requested by 2 Keahotels, at Reykjavik Skuggi Hotel and Akureyri Hotel Nordurland, to change hotel upon checking-in. Was informed by the reception that its a problem with the "system". For the inconveniences and fatigue caused to me and companions, I do not recommend any hotel from the Keahotel group to fellow travelers . Despite the disappointing experiences at both Keahotels, I am giving 3 stars to staff to indicate that I have nothing against them.

rooms are out dated for the money, I rather stay in a nicer hotel. The lobby and breakfast were wonderful and the staff was extremely helpful

Comfortable Hotel in City Center”
Our room was clean, the bed comfortable, the staff helpful, and the breakfast appreciated. A suggestion: that the hotel keep a supply of the parking forms now available only at banks and filling stations. Free parking is great, but driving around an unfamiliar city at 10:00 PM in search of a filling station is not.

Great location with a short walk to the city center”
The hotel is just at a very short walk to the city center. There are 5-6 lots of free parking across the road, but we were lucky to be there on weekend (so the city car parking is opened without time limit and free of charge). The hotel offers complimentary breakfast to all guests. The hotel does not have elevator, so prepare to bring up and down your luggage (unless staying on ground floor). The room has comfortable beds, acceptable shower, no refrigerator and no minibar service. The room has poor sound-proof wall...!

We have spent one night at this hotel and will come back of sure when we are back to beautiful Island. Very nice breakfast, Wonderful room, nice Lobby and Service staff. Very good Rates for this serives.
