Everything terrible. Hotel 3 stars like a gesthouse dirty and poor funiture. My children can't sleep and cry by mosquitor and dirty room. I called to Agoda and told to hotel and want to be refunded. Hotel refunded for me and I paid those days we stayed there.

應該一粒星都唔會比因為我沒有住， 我們去到酒店職員便說房間有問題， 要我們轉另間房間都很古老的賓館。 他們不懂英文中文只是韓文，幸好當天是包車旅遊，有導遊在身旁可以幫我們翻譯， 總之感覺很差

Very bad service”
we would like to add VERY BAD comments about Oakra Hotel in Jeju, Korea, for upcoming guest do not have terrible situation like us, and please be consider about your choice 1. Staff and manager cannot speak English, very few effort to communicate 2. They cancelled my room, and explained because we came late and have not paid money yet. No information on Agoda mentioned about cancellation because of check-in time, even on internet or booking confirmation (we are international customer, we can come anytime because of flight schedule). Even NO email to confirm or ask about my check-in time, if they really want to know about time that customer come. 3. I explained I guaranteed my booking by my card, even I come late or no show, money will be charged because of cancellation policy, they cannot cancel my room because I chose direct payment. They did not understand, yelled at me, very rude, repeated many times about I haven't paid yet, and told me they said all of this to Agoda and told me call Agoda, without any solving attempt. I wished I never booked this hotel, we (group of 9 people) had no room at midnight in non-english speaking country after long flight. Thanks to agoda for support, after that, we had somewhere to stay after 2 hours.

Overall Satisfy but Staff Blur during check-in”
Off course because we check in late(8pm), but the staff seem fail.to check my booking(quite worry that time).. and he keep say "so weird, why.." But anyhow, after that he manage to get my booking! Hotel condition very clean, i like the warm floor alot..^^ will recomend to friend as well.

Value for Money”
I like the concept of the room (I took a Ondol room). It is very comfortable because they have the build in heater and we really have a comfortable sleep at night. Not to forget, the staff is very helpful when we asked a few question on the nearest shops and airport he manage to help us. The location for the hotel is convenient for me as I may find a various types of restaurant and convenient store so its a highly recommended.

Like many of you, reading reviews before placing any hotel booking is part of my practice. I can verify that the reviews posted here are valid and I would like to just add my personal experiences for your reference. The receptionist that greeted us was not friendly nor helpful as he supposed to be. He was never at the counter claiming that he was checking the rooms even during night time, I wonder. The room was fine but the bedsheets and the towels were not. We found stains on the towels and dust was easily detected. I agreed that the location is strategic for Lotte shoppers plus convenient stores but not for food hunters. Parkings were limited and they were on first come first served basis. If you don't mind these flaws, this budget hotel is good in general.

Worth it to book and stay at this hotel, from airport to this hotel easy by metro. cheapest take metro direct from gimpo airport or incheon aiport. This hotel in front of chungmuro station exit 1. if you stay here, you can walk in to restaurant kampung ku. also can walk away tu myeongdong and namdemun street. this hotel can cook. Im going on winter session and they have floor warmer. I realy like this hotel and realy recommended to all to book this hotel. Lyana/Putra Perdana/Malaysia

Helpful and friendly staff ”
Great for a quick stop in Jeju-do. Staff were very nice and room was great value for money. Only negative was no instructions on how to use the heater (in English) so we were very hot at night during the winter.

Except the location, no good points at all”
The hotel is near to Halla hospital. about 20-25min walking distance to Lotte Mart and E-mart. However, the staff is not helpful and friendly at all. We were asking the front desk staff about Jeju Stone Park, without putting any further effort and the guy replied sorry i do not know the place. The cleaner never tidy up the blanket, no sweep the floor, not even wash the used cup. No coffee provided in the room, and coffee vending machine at lobby need 100won. Even some restaurant come with the vending machine at FOC. There are many hotels nearby, i believe you should be able to find a better 1 at similar rate.

Bus from/to the airport within minutes from hotel. Close to food area. Everything is good except the staff which is poor in English thus not very helpful.
