Great location, opposite the main train station and about 15 minutes walk to the city centre. Comfy bed and clean bathroom. Great perk is 24/7 check in for late travellers. We could hear occasional tram from our road facing room but nothing too disturbing.

Positive surprise in Wrocław”
This is a really pleasant hotel very close to the main train station. Staff extremely friendly, breakfast is very good. Pleasant old style building with high ceilings. Better and classier than we expected, nothing to complain about. Price is very fair.

Great value for money”
The Piast Hotel isn't the most luxurious but the rooms were clean and warm and the bed very comfortable. Check in was quick and easy, the parking is 300 metres away but easy to get to by car. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel so can't comment on that. Our rooms were at the back - no view but, more importantly, no noise of trams and traffic. The price was by far the cheapest we could find in Wrocław and the location perfect for getting to the centre and especially if arriving by train. I would definitely stay here again as there is no need to pay more for something a bit more fancy but which is, essentially, the same.

The room is nothing like the pictures. AC was close to zero. Asked the staff to fix the AC, no improvement. good location but please look elsewhere!

Great location, clean Hotel. Hotel is dated and could do with a lick of paint but ok for a few days. Reception staff great and very good English. Just across the road from the train station and transport.

As it seems, overbooking is no problem for them. When you appear, they move you to another hotel of their network - with no prior information (text or phone). You lose your time, you have to travel to another address, you don't get what you pay for. Keep this in mind. Never again!

An Ok stay”
The hotel itself is very convenient to the train station, but far from the mall and the Old town. I paid extra for a corner room with a view, but in fact, wasn't the best choice. The rooms that you pay more money for are next to the elevators and it was noisy at night. However, it was even noisier outside my room as the hotel is located on a busy corner and a tram line runs all day and late into the night right in front of the hotel. The room itself was fine and comfortable, however. I also and an issue with not one but two staff members as my room was cleaned, but left the dirty glasses on the table. I asked once for the glasses to be replaced with clean ones brought and didn't happen. I came downstairs again to ask, to a different staff, was told yes it would get done since it was my second time to ask, yet I never got new, clean glasses. I probably wouldn't stay here again in the future.

good location and value for money, bed linen were clean. good place to drop your luggage and explore the city. cons: - no car parking (but 200m, there is a guarded car parkng reasonably priced), building is well worn, old, but quite tidy and clean. it can be attrction itself to use such old and scary elevators ;) if you are looking for place where you can leave your luggage, have good sleep and base for city exploration it is a good option. but don't expect anything above basic quality of service.

I stayed here for one night before travelling on to Krakow by train. In terms of location for the airport bus arriving from Wrocklaw and the train departing to Krakow it was ideally situated.The room was quiet, being situated away from the main roads either side of the hotel. I suspect any room looking out on either street would be incredibly noisy. The room / bedding was clean, but value for money / ambience was poor compared to "The Secret Garden" in Krakow(where I also stayed),and almost certainly most other Hostels/Budget Hotels in Wrocklaw where I could have stayed

Las camas no tienen sábanas bajeras, la sábana que tiene no cubre el colchón y se ve que es viejo y sucio, la limpieza no era del todo buena. El desayuno puede mejorar mucho.
