Accueil professionnel et établissement de bon niveau. Regret que la chambre se soit trouvée face à un immeuble en travaux…sans possibilité de changement. Réservation via Agoda. Aucun accueil en français…(à 50 kms de nos côtes). Pas vital, mais peu chaleureux.

Fabulous hotel”
Spotlessly clean. Rooms are well equipped with everything you need, fridge, iron, trouserpress, TV, hairdryer, adjustable heating, lotions, potions and the nicest fluffiest towels ever. Room Service food was beautiful and very fresh. 10mins max walk to town and beach. Can't fault this hotel. I'll definitely be back ********

Hotel very nice staff nice helpful room good bed comfy /firm facilities in room very good fridge safe ect regular cleaning of room and top up of requirements coffee tea/biscuits/change towels /toilet roll breakfast excellent so much choice and tasty just wish evening meal had more choices and or simpler dishes as not everyone likes fancy food and was a bit pricey overall very pleasant time there

Most of the staff are from Romania. They are kind and friendly. Very good at helping you. I wish the hit breakfast catered for vegetarians more. The rooms are great. But do need a spring clean re carpets and curtains. But Egyptian cotton sheets were lovely. Room was cleaned and clean towels provided every day.

Room was very lovely, beautiful hotel, good value for money and staff are very nice. When help was needed, staff attended very promptly and with a smile 😀😀😀 Breakfast was very yummy xxx

The Savoy was great value for money. Staff were very helpful, there was an excellent buffet breakfast with plenty of choice and hotel was in a good location. Can't fault it.

Fantastic staff, every point, friendly and courtesy and genuinely seem to love serving and helping you. Restaurant food is exceptional, we ate 2 evening's, really very very good. So very sad to hear this will close next year.

Lovely hotel near the town centre ”
Very clean and comfortable hotel. Staff very friendly and efficient. About 10 mins gentle walk into the town centre for shops restaurants and bus station. Would definitely stay again. Breakfast plentiful and good quality

Clean and modern hotel, breakfast choice is brilliant, only thing missing was a fan in the room, our side of the hotel was 2 degrees warmer than the main building according to thermostats in the corridors and sleeping at night in the heat was very uncomfortable.

Worth considering”
We stayed here for a two night break on Jersey. The hotel was comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. There was a good choice at breakfast and a reasonable choice of evening meal although the menu is limited. The evening entertainment was good although the space available for the performance was cramped and make quiet conversation between friends in the bar area very difficult. The hotel is a little way from the centre of St Hellier but is on a bus route. For our two night stay it was reasonable but if I was to return to Jersey I would look for somewhere more central/

We had a lovely stay at the Savoy. All staff are very helpful providing a high standard of service. The food in the restaurant is outstanding along with the bar tender gins mixers & cocktails. We would consider returning to the Savoy in the future.

A one night stop over ”
We had a room with a view of massive building work , loud machines at7.30 bin men operating at 6.15 staff cleaning room next to ours ( 92 ) dreadful, these rooms should be given a reduce price so people have an option, thankfully we were only there for one night if not then we would have insisted on being moved. previously we had a lovely room with pool view. The staff are helpful and good was good. Unfortunately the hotel is being pulled down and made into apartments such a shame as it’s a lovely building.

Average experience at the Savoy Hotel ”
My husband and I stayed for one night at the Savoy Hotel in St Helier. First impression on arrival was positive in terms of the building itself and the welcome at the reception. However, we were disappointed by the room which was quite small and appeared old fashioned and dated. The divan was smaller than the mattress which had a hard layer/mattress topper on top of it. The bed felt uncomfortable and the pillows were hard and uncomfortable too. The blanket provided to protect from the cold night, was also hard and had a large hole in it. There were no plugs next to the bed. Part of the curtain had come off the curtain rail and was hanging down and the curtains couldn't be closed for maximum privacy. A complimentary bottle of water was announced, but was not there. The towels looked yellowish. The whole interior design appeared tired and in need of a revamp. On a positive note, the room was quiet and the toiletrie products provided of a good quality. Breakfast consisted of a variety of cooked food, savoury and sweet items and the choice of foods and drinks was impressive. The ambience of the breakfast room has the flair of an upmarket waiting room at a train station, again nothing that made us feel excited, somehow bland and functional. For a price of £117 per night including breakfast, we were expecting a more stylish environment and enjoyable experience.
