Really good value for money and location is great. Super clean and staff very helpful. They allowed me to leave one of my suitcases at the hotel as I was traveling to other places in Japan before heading back to Tokyo (I will then collect my suitcase back). They did not charge me any extras for this service. Would definitely stay here again if I’ll be back in Tokyo in the future.

Over priced and wasn’t inviting”
I wasn’t allowed to shine my room to my friends or have another person come up to the room, I had to leave my room key at the desk whenever I would leave, but then the staff doesn’t know who is in which room, I didn’t feel my things were safe at all, what’s to stop someone from asking for my room key at the desk, I really didn’t like that,

Terrible”
Worst stay ever. Rooms are noisy at night and literally too small to fit one person and one suitcase at the same time. WiFi doesn't work. TV only broadcasts NHK and porn, which tells a lot about the target customers. On top of that, unhelpful and resentful staff.

Agréable”
I had to stay in Tokyo for several days including a long weekend, and this business hotel was offering the reasonable price while other hotels were much dearer. Although it is a bit aged hotel, it was still clean and the single room was ok size for solo female traveller. Located on a quiet street but a min walk from A2 Shintomicho exit and you walk pass Seveneleven, which was super convenient. I enjoyed walking to Yurakucho, which takes around 15 min. However, I found one tv channel was a porn channel when I was flicking the tv channel, which made me feel uncomfortable about this hotel as I have never stayed such hotels in my life... Although I avoided to flick through that channel, the hotel should make it a paid channel.

Strongly recommend and will definitely be back! Such a pleasure place hidden in strategic location. Walkable to 2 subway lines, Tsukiji market and even Ginza. Love this place.

One of the best business hotel in ginza”
Hotel is located near ginza really good location and very good price and good quality but some workers couldn’t speak English well but hotel was clean and they were very kind. I stayed in there 5month ago but when I will go Tokyo again I will stay there again

Nice Hotel with Nice location”
The location is nice as it is near Metro ( but not JR line) the place nearby is quiet and with convenience stores, you don't need to worry you cannot sleep well with noise Ginza is the place with malls and shops, as well as restaurants for you to wander around.

Excellent location, best value”
Within walking distance of multiple train stations. Rates are really affordable and rooms, though small, were very well equipped. Staff and service were exceptional! Absolutely no complaints from me.

Good location”
The hotel is within walking distance to Tsukiji Market and Ginza. It is also only 1-minute walk to Shintomicho station of Metro Yurakucho line... just 2 stations away from Yurakucho station and can link you to Tokyo station within walking distance. You may also access to Tsukiji station of Hibiya line in 5-minute walk. The room, as always seen in other business hotel, is small but very clean and tidy. Hair dryer and pot are also available in the room. Wifi signal is strong. Remember to leave you card to the reception every time when you go out.

20幾度房間已經得暖氣”
房間很細，空調很有問題，未開始凍已經用暖氣，就算開送風模式，吹出來的也是暖風，很熱！接待處說無法調較冷氣，但是為什麼房間嘛有暖氣，但是大堂是用冷氣呢？？？還有洗澡水時冷時熱！

英文溝通不良”
前台英文不佳，複雜內容就會完全無法溝通。浴室排水孔的大小，無法讓一個長髮女性從容洗完頭髮，洗到一半就塞住淹水了。

环境安静，交通还算方便”
位置挺好的，周边有好几个地铁站，步行3-8分钟都可以到，而且离银座最繁华地带东京站也是步行15分钟可达，交通很方便。不过卫生间的热水好像不能调整大小，还是我不会用，反正最后我只能在浴缸里放水调整水温，不过泡澡也挺舒服的。

从酒店出门，进门，进电梯前台很有礼貌。屋子不大但是很齐全，干净，电视节目也很全面。交通非常方便，很好的入住体验，简单明了，下次还会预定。

员工热情，地点距离银座有点远， 地铁站新富町比较麻烦，有些线路不能直接中转，要出站到地面步行一段距离

住的地方在八丁堀和新富町两条地铁线的附近，去银座和筑地都非常方便，非常安静不会打扰到休息！下次去东京还会订这家的！

周囲に食べる所はほとんどなく、八丁堀まで10分ほど歩くのが良いですが、良いホテルです。
