Perfect for JR Yamanote Line”
I had the JR pass and wanted somewhere close to the main circular line so I didn’t have far to go with luggage on arrival/departure, (10 mins walk from Tamachi) plus it made daily excursions a doddle.. There were several coffee shops nearby and marts too but the area was quiet at night which suited me perfectly. I didn’t have the hotel breakfast but it looked like an expensive option. I liked that they had an ice machine, and microwave for use, plus drinks /noodle machines and laundry facilities at cost. The rooms are twice the size of usual Tokyo hotels and the bed was very comfortable plus you had a full size bath - this was the only one I came across in a fortnight. I’m glad I based myself here for my final 4 nights in Japan. Great value.

Excellent Value for money”
Good location, close to JR Tamachi station on the Yamanote Line. Room size is a little bigger than average Tokyo business hotels (about 16 m2). Very clean and with an efficent staff. I would stay here again.

Good location & friendly staff”
Stay here for 5 nights and the room consider big if compare to normal japan room. The hotel located near to tamachi station about 5min walk. Along the way there are many restaurant and also convenient stall. The staff are friendly and willing to help. Definitely will stay again when I m back to Tokyo

Villa fontaine is half hotel half office bldg but separated. Room is clean and big and location is very near the train station.

great location if you dont have any heavy luggage, just because from the train station to this hotel, you need to walk through staircases and about 200-300m to this hotel. But besides that, everything is excellent, you can easily find the convenience store and supermarket next to this place.

Very convenient and quiet”
Quiet, high-quality hotel near Mita and Tamachi Station! Honestly, there are three big supermarkets that are convenient to the traffic, close to the Tokyo landmark. The hotel has no convenient access to anywhere. You can enjoy night view to take only 3 minutes to walk to the Tokyo Tower.

Good Expedience but needs improvement ”
I travel on December'19 for business there are pron and cons are there i wanted to list down which might can work on. Pron : 1. Good room service 2. Good Breakfast 3. Excellent staff. 4. Very continent to near by super market and stores(Good Location). 5. Has internal vending machine. 6. chek-in and check-out is smooth. Cons: 1. personally don't feel like worth for money because of various reason 2. Poor internet connectivity 3. they do not give water bottle even if they missed to provide for the day. 4. Laundry facility was chargeable. 5. No free television channels, if you need to watch you need to pay.

Unique hotel, great rooms & staff”
Looks like a standard hotel, but rooms are well laid-out, nice inside/outside garden thing, vending machines, great staff, grocery store and 3 convenience stores across the street. A bit far from the metro station but very close to JR lines; well connected. Would stay again if in the area.

Perfect for a short stay”
We had just completed traveling around Japan and needed a place just for the last 2 nights before flying out. Chose this place since it was close enough to Uber to Haneda. I definitely would not choose this place for a longer stay since it was in a business area which meant it was dead since we stayed on a weekend. If you want to be away from the hustle and bustle/traffic noise this would be an ideal location. The room was small and had to be creative in utilizing the space with our 3 suitcases. I did appreciate the laundry room since I needed to do laundry after our trip but the only complaint I have is that you have to have the exact change. I had enough for the washer since it required 100 yens but the detergent costed 50 yen and what are the odds of having 50 yen on you at that moment? Another guest who came in also experienced the same problem and we both had to take the elevator all the way down to lobby from what I remember 15F just to break our 100 yen!

The hotel has set in the top few floors in an office building, which i didnt noticed it when i book it. there's an openings in the building which is nice to have some natural light, however rains get in also. Therefore there's some water stain on the carpet which outside the room. The location of the hotel is very close to JR, which is only 5-8 mins walk, and for sure this is a plus. Opposite of the hotel has a supermarket and some restaurants. The supermarket is big and has quite a lot of ready to eat food to buy. The hotel room is clean, but you can see some water stain in the restroom, which i didnt expected. The room is in reasonable size, which i can open 1 big suitcase next to the bed and still able to walk around. For the breakfast, we didnt eat at the hotel at all, but one morning we noticed that, all breakfast set at the lobby, which quite open indeed.

Good location, nearby JR line and metro line. Quiet area with supermart just across the road. Toilet is much bigger comparing with other hotel in Japan. Excellent front desk service.

Pros: Clean and good value for money. Staff are kind and helpful. Cons: Rooms are bit small and the location is 15 mins walk from Metro stations and 8 mins from JR station Tamachi
