This hotel is perfect for travelers who are looking for a decent hotel without breaking the bank. Our room/bathroom was so clean, it looked as if we were the first people ever to stay there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We didn’t have the breakfast, but other guests seemed to enjoy it. There are many restaurants and convenience stores, where you can purchase great food in the area. It’s in a safe area, hand a block from a JR train line. Our room was spacious for a Tokyo hotel room. The twin rooms each have two beds that are more like double in size. A family traveling could easily fit two people comfortably in each of the beds. There’s on site laundry.

I have recommended the ICI to our friends! It's out of our expectation and we are surprised by the breakfast part especially, the EASY POINTS idea is good! About the services, the staff can response very quickly and consideration for travelers. We also like the preparation for every room with electrical charging cables. Like! However, there is one, I lost the vouchers JPY 1000for come again next time...i think as ICI is a chain hotels may can have the membership and travelers can earn points for the promotions. Thanks.

Clean, modern. Standard business size room but excellent desk/shelving with many convenient places to put things. Bright sunny window. Excellent light blocking curtain. Very good bed and pillows. Quiet. Dog Friendly so there are often dogs in the lobby. Patio space as well.

Convenient location to both airports. Rooms are clean (11m2 rooms are very small though). The hotel has everything needed for a basic stay while exploring Tokyo. Staff is helpful and friendly

Small and tasty(and cheap) restaurants nearby, near JR & metro (5mins walk), have lawson, 7-11, aeon nearby, Supermarket 15 mins walk. Room is really small but the bed are really soft & comfortable.

Very nice new facility. Friendly multilingual staff. Great location, easy to get to JR or subway. Mini marts and many little restaurants in the neighborhood. Super quiet (Japan-sized) rooms.

3 mins walk to JR station”
My friend and I bought JR Pass and wanted to use it for day trip to various location from Tokyo. We were happy to found a good deal here approx. USD45 per night for two ppl. The location is convenient as it is only 3 mins walk from the Asakubashi station which is two stations away from Ueno. The facilities in hotel are nice except the washing machine in the laundry as it can’t dry clothes at all. I hope the washing machine is fixed already.

Better than expected: 5-star service, cleanliness, and quiet. The room was comfortable and had a view over the city; great location in a walkable neighborhood and pretty easy to reach Haneda or Narita by metro. I'd definitely stay here again.

A good place”
We stayed here for 2 nights. It was a great location. The room was nice but the bed was only a queen …. maybe that was my fault for not checking carefully. The hotel staff were lovely. My only complaint is that in the lobby there is a cafe. I was chatting to my friend who had ordered food there and the waiter was very rude and told me not to sit down unless I ordered (I was on my way out). It should be a lobby where you can sit and not be shouted at.

Nice hotel but small room”
I would recommend this hotel since it is close to the train station, 2 min walk to JR station and around 5 min walk to the subway. Hotel is very clean. However, the room I stayed in is 11 sqm which is very small. It’s hard to open your luggage.

Close to train station and lots of food options around. Dog friendly hotel with a number of considerations such as dog snacks counter, dog wash etc. bad if you are not into dogs

Comfortable, clean, nice location and view”
We've had a great stay here. Even though I am allergic to dogs, my allergic rhinitis didn't trigger due to the cleanliness of the room, facilities, and the hallway. We love the location since it is just a 10-15 mins walk to akihabara or 1 station away via JR. We also love the food surrounding the area. We will definitely stay here as we get back again to Tokyo.

Surprised how clean it is for dog friendly hotel. We did not have dog but the lobby was full of dogs. Room is typical small sized Japanese room. Reasonably big bathroom. Clean, I didn’t see any Japanese staff(Maybe because it was holiday?) but they were nice.

This Hotel is new and comfortable. The room is not so large but constructed so practically. Bathroom is so clean. No problem to overnight. I didn't meet dogs inside, to my regret.

3 mins walk to JR line, 5 mins walk to subway. Located in a quiet safe area, no problem of waking on the street at late night. This is a dog friendly hotel, and you do see a lot of of travelers come with very behave dogs. Little bit far from Shinjuku. No proper size table in the room. Hot water supply is always stable.

Good hotel for you and your dog”
Other than there are no drawers to put away clothes for those staying some time, and trash bins are very small that you’ll need room service the next day even if you don’t want to, it is actually a pretty good hotel. Location is a minute walk to a train station, and you’re in the middle of many known places in Tokyo if you’re driving. Not to mention they have a good accommodation for a small dog.
