Excellent Place to Relax- LOVEEEEE ”
I looked at over 40 hotels in Jeju looking for the perfect cozy spot for us. This place definitely has it all. The room design is absolutely beautiful and THE BATHTUB!! An entire space dedicated to the bathtub is genius! I genuinely never want to leave. This is the first time I write a review, that’s how pleased I am. Thank you The Jade Hotel! I just can’t wait to come back!

Convenient and value for money! ”
This hotel is so conveniently located. You are steps away from Dongmun market, black pork street and Chilseongro. The staff are very friendly and can speak English. They even let me store my luggage when we travelled down to the south of the island. The rooftop was a nice area to see some lights at night. The room was spacious enough to open two big luggages. This hotel is a great value for money one!

A very nice hotel near Dongmun market (2 minute walk) very close to the buses too that take you all over the island and to the airport in 15 mins. Comfortable beds and get plenty of towels. Very nice bath tub. Could’ve been a little cleaner though. Staff were nice. Check out time is quite late at 4pm though.

Boutique Hotel”
A small hotel with helpful, friendly staff that made our stay comfortable. We enjoyed it so much, we came back. The hotel is on a quiet street but really close to the Black Pork bbq street and shopping that caters to the hotel guests in the area. EXCELLENT VALUE! I would stay again:)

Good hotel with Valet parking service”
The hotel is situated close to black pork street, within walking distance. However, it wasn't mentioned that Valet parking service is available so it will be good if it was mentioned before booking. There are very limited carpark lots and most of them aren't free (unless you park at the side of the street) Other than that, the staff was helpful (even though there was some miscommunication due to the language barrier) but they really tried their best to ensure that things went smoothly.

Only 2 unofficial parking lots in front of hotel. If the shop opposite is tenanted then no more parking lots.

Walk within 10 minutes to reach Dongmun Market. There is cafe in the hotel, and also rooftop space, can relax there.

Super value for money, great location & super clean”
Didn’t expect the place to be so cozy and clean, the photo on website don’t justify. There’s no English name on the hotel building please take note. The building is green and building name written in Chinese 玉林莊

Great location near the market and shopping district”
Great location within 3min walk of Dongmun Market and Chisungro Shopping District. Room was big with bathtub too.

Good location. Room was windowless.”
The hotel is located in the middle between coastline and traditional market. Just a turn and we are at a shopping street. Traditional market was our main source of food, especially dinner as the market was bustling with many stalls opened for business. Hotel and cafe are jointly located side-by-side, and when you look for the hotel, look for the cafe which is more conspicuous. The address provided in English didn’t quite help the taxi driver, who took us rounds to locate the hotel. Room was spacious but didn’t know it is a windowless room. If I’d knew, would book another room as windowless is claustrophobic for me. Amenities such as shaver and cream (set) is provided, just have to ask. Staff, common in Korea, were not versed in English and that pared down service quality because staff reduced engagement with guests, and took longer to attend to queries. Was grateful for the girl who was on duty when we checked out, that despite language barrier, helped us call a cab using her mobile phone.

Close to dongmun market”
Room was quite spacious and hotel is very close to dongmun market. Hard to find the hotel if you are driving. Best to ask for parking location first. Roof top was a great place to hang out.

Walking distance to dongmun market & black pork street. Room is comfortable and clean. Spacious enough for 2 people. Short ride to the airport, about 10 mins. Staff speaks limited English. Mainly use an app translator while communicating.

Jeju the jade hotel. ”
My view JULIA Brunei. We stay from 22-25/01/23 at Family suite . Nice place for a 5 people. Place are safe to go walk outside even at night . Aware self negligence. Not very far from shopping complexes, market and restaurant/ Halal restaurant too.
