Nice hotel with warm staffs”
The hotel is located near the train station (about 5 minutes walk). The hotel looks new, or at least recently re-decorated, and is very clean. I arrived early and the staffs were polite and warm when I asked them to keep my luggages. The hotel provide complimentary tea bags, coffee, ... etc. They even gave my gf a shower powder as gift when we check in. Overall a very pleasant stay. I will choose to stay in this hotel again if I visit again.

Easy access for Shinkansen transfer ”
Shinagawa is great place to stay if you are travelling alot by Shinkansen, this place is near to JR station and a better choice to access than Tokyo station.

I actually had two stays here. I had a side trip to Kyoto, and I was able to leave my luggage with the hotel until my return to check in again 2 days later. The room was clean. Great location. Very close to Shinagawa station and ramen street :)

Very convenient location (just 5 minutes walk to one of the main stations in Tokyo). Room not big (normal in Japan standards) but clean bad beds are comfortable. I would stay in this hotel if not availability in the KEIKYU EX Hotel Shinagawa (which is just 1 minute away)

Hotel with no Air Con”
I checked in in the hotel after a tiring day from Nagano so I was wearing extra warm cloth for Tokyo wheather and expected to have cool room temp once I was checking in. But they have no aircon in my room and the receptionist asked me to just open the window.

Heating system is poor (too hot and not adjustable). The toilet is kind of smelly. Water pressure (shower) is weak.

A 5mn du metro a pied et 15mn de l Aeroport Haneda par Keikyu line. Attention a ne pas confondre avec le second Keikyu EX a 200m. De meme il facture les late et early check a 10e de l heure c est excessiif

I was told the whole building was under " save energy " , I can understand the purpose but the temperature inside room is too warm , window can not open , I had to buy fan to help make me sleep . please make the room aircond is better temperature or allow the window to be open for cold air to come in . Beside , all is good .

Prime location”
Location is only a five minute walk to Shinagawa station for those with JR passes or the local stations. The hotel rooms are quite small as all rooms in Japan are unless you’re paying premium prices. The picture is misleading on Agoda as that is the incorrect hotel,l, we had to walk two minutes down the street after being told this was no longer That hotel and that our reservations was for the other location. A big disappointment after seeing such a large hotel than being told we were at the wrong location. New robe and slippers, towels, brushes.. etc given everyday with rooms cleaning, even if you opt to not have your room cleaned they will leave you those new items for you on your front door. Women are given the choice to choose 3 welcome gifts .. various face masks.. beauty/relaxing products. Complimentary coffee or tea in the lobby and basically essentials such as floss, mouth wash, shaving cream, and pomade for hair are provided in lobby. Great value and prime location.
