I had an ocean view room and it was astounding! Better than I imagined. The staff was helpful, the location ON THE BEACH was crazy amazing, having access to 3 different pools was great and all the local restaurants nearby made this trip so great!

Beautiful hotel with Rowdy guests”
It is a beautiful hotel in a very good spot with fantastic staff and clean facilities, but unfortunately the throngs of mainland inner city youth it’s just overwhelming. Marijuana smells, uncultured behavior, ghastly conversations and foul language, loud screams and complete disregard for other guests and basic moral behavior renders this hotel at present time not worthy staying in. Unless the hotel takes care of this issue and the island somehow limits these “travelers” from coming en masse, the culture and happiness of this place is lost...

Disappointing”
Thought it would be a higher quality hotel. Sheets and bedding were hard and the room felt damp. Only saving grace was beach access and accommodations

Not worth the money”
For the amount of money I spent the service was horrible. My room was dirty when I checked in. Previous guest left socks and slippers. I mentioned it to house keeping and they didn’t do anything. House keeper also spilled my skin oil and didn’t clean it up. Dropped a bottle of perfume and cracked the it. Security at hotel was extremely rude. I love Visitng PR but this trip was horrid.

Spring Break”
I don't know where to begin! The pool was so dirty that my son got an ear infection in which we ended up in the hospital. The neighbors were smoking marajuana and blasting music all night. I was charged an addition $300 in charges that were not ours and no one ever came to clean our room as they used Covid for an excuse. Please don't charge $93.00 resort feee if you will not provide any service what so ever. We were calling the for room service and no one ever picked up the phone!!!!

The overall experience was luxury. They have towels and things for everyone. The only thing i didnt like is that they collect the Umbrellas on the beach at 5pm. The sun is out the hottest close to sunset

Se me entregó la habitación a las 5 de la tarde. Al día siguiente pido un late out y me dicen que están llenos que la salida es a las 11.
