I like this place. It's not far from the old town and the rooms are cozy. It's kept very clean. There is even a nice balcony and green courtyard. But I can't recommend it. First, without onsite staff, it's quite confusing to check in. There is a reception of sorts but it's hidden behind a door that says Rooms 1 and 2. If a kind lady on the street hadn't showed it to me, I don't think I would have found it. No one works there though, but there is a What'sapp number. Eventually someone showed up and was very kind to show me to my room. I saw other people over the weekend wander in confusedly as well. But the problem with no staff goes further than checkin problems. Even though there are hotel rules and posted quiet hours, without any staff it becomes a joke. People started making noise at 4 am and 5 am. I am not a light sleeper but it's pretty anything goes at any time. I guess that's really more an indictment of humanity than of this hotel, but nonetheless I would find somewhere different if I went back to Krakow.

Creepy People inside”
Address posted is wrong. My bestfriend and I knocked and doorbell and no one answering it even we tried to call the no. Posted. Someone answered told us to do online self-check in and told us the right address. We went to the said address, informed us key is in our bed. Walking inside and there is group of people in the living are watching tv and just staring at us and no one even bother to talk to us. At night 10pm, I decided to make a coffee and while making a coffee there is this 2 men in the living room just watching at me and one of them took picture of me, I know because his cellphone pointing at me and saw the flash of it. I ran back to the bedroom and called my bestfriend to accompany me. Just stay away this place. No one even bother talking at you or checking who you are. No one staying in the lobby at all and mostly men sitting in the couch watching tv while drinking. We don’t feel safe at all to this place especially us two travelling women.

NÃO SERVE PRA TURISTA ”
I won't even waste time to explain how bad this property is. Worse than sleeping there is just sleeping on the street. In fact, this almost happened because we arrived late. But a grumpy and unfriendly employee showed up and put us in a different room than the one we rented (from a room with a double bed to a room with 4 bunk beds). We didn't even take a shower. You have to put on your blanket cover; there is no towel; the sink is 20 cm (you can't use it without wetting the floor)... If you're looking for cheap sleep, this is the place. If you are a tourist, you are already warned. Não irei perder tempo nem pra explicar o quanto é ruim essa propriedade. Pior que dormir lá é só dormir na rua. Aliás, quase isso aconteceu por nós chegarmos tarde. Mas um funcionário mal humorado e nada cordial apareceu e nos alocou em um quarto diferente do que alugamos (de quarto com cama de casal para quarto com 4 beliches). Nem banho tomamos. Você tem que pôr a capa de seu cobertor; não há toalha; a pia tem 20 cm (você não consegue usar sem molhar o chão) ... Se você está precisando dormir barato, lá é o lugar. Se você é turista, já tá avisado.

The most horrible experience”
We booked a double balcony room that was supposed to have a private bathroom. However, we were given a room with a shared bathroom. We had to pay 10 zloty for a towel. Is this normal for Krakow hostel? Why not charge money for toilet then? Maybe also for the air we breathe? We had to check out at 10. When we came to hostel after 10 and wanted to use the kitchen to warm up food, we were not allowed. And the manager was Ukrainian. This is how you treat Ukrainians during the war??? Shame on you! Such a dusgrace!!!!

Pretty Good Budget Option in Krakow”
Perfectly located both near old town, parks, stores and cafes plus it's within walking distance of main train station. Clean shared facilities. Nice enough room for the price. Regarding check-in, they send an email with instructions the day of check-in, which is far too late. They shouldn't assume everyone has phone internet all day long. I'd still prefer a reception desk and personal check-in. Also, floors were a bit creeky, so quite hard to stay quiet for the other guests. Finally, I don't agree with towels being a rented item. It's a basic requirement and should be free. Overall, decent enough for the price.

Good Hostel with no Reception”
Hostel is quite good & supportiv staff but beware you have to follow your email invox before your arrival , i arrived at night & there was no light in building reception, Thanks to that tourist girl who guide me to check inbox & outside mailbox & she shared property wifii password then i got room by online checkin ..... overall property is good.

It was described as "entire apartment". It wasn't at all, it's a shared apartment with 4 rented rooms all sharing bathroom and kitchen facilities. Kitchen is tiny, pretty unusable. Needed to wait an age to get to the bathroom in the morning. Expensive for what it is.

Room in old building”
First time I arrived here a little bit scary because the building in first floor is dark. But when I reached the room, it's quit modern room and lights. The bed was comfort, they have kitchen to cook, have a good wifi. They don't have lift to bring lugage upstairs, but the staff (the lady receptionist) is very helpful to help me bring the lugage :) thank you.

Thank you for review. Our hostel is located in the historical part of Krakow, most of the buildings do not have an elevator. The light in the hall is present, just one of the inhabitants of the house turned it off.
Superbe”
I was only going to stay for two nights, but got sick and had to extend for another three nights. The host, who also came and cleaned every day, was so lovely. She was always kind and caring, and did everything she could to help me out. The place is very clean and the dorms are spacious. Each bed has a curtain for privacy, a lamp and power outlet. You get a key for your locker with plenty of space for valuables. The wifi is good and stable. I would recommend this place if you are in Krakow.

Thanks for your feedback. We air the coma after each client and prohibit eating food in rooms so that odors do not remain. We have an excellent kitchen for taking the food.

중앙광장,역에서 멀음 근데 우버 부르면 10즈워티에 갈 수 있음 2층이라 계단 이용해야함 건물 입구 들어갈때 열쇠표시 누르고 락커랑 호스텔 문 키 고리에 있는 번호 누르면 열림 6자리 화장실 두개인데 하나는 크기가 작음 남녀공용임 주방있음

Jak mam ocenić lokal, do którego nas nie wpuszczono?! Zarezerwowałam i ZAPŁACIŁAM nocleg dla czterech osób. Po przybyciu na miejsce okazało sie, ze są tylko dwa wolne lozka!! Niemila obsługa! Musieliśmy na szybko szukać innego lokum. Koszmar!! Czekam na zwrot pieniędzy.

PLUSKWY!”
W jednym z łóżek w pokoju były pluskwy kilkanaście dorosłych i dużo więcej malutkich. Personel zmienił materac, ale nic to nie dało (było więcej w ramie łóżka) Obsługa wydawała się wiedzieć jak postępować z pluskwami, przed pobytem warto zadzwonić czy już rozwiązali problem

Problem został rozwiązany poprzez wymianę mebli, materacy, pościeli i dezynfekcję specjalnym środkiem. Personel zachowywał się profesjonalnie, natychmiast zaproponował zmianę hostelu z zwrotem pieniędzy za nocleg, ale na życzenie gości dokonano tylko wymiany jednego materaca, co wzbudziło podejrzenie o źródło pojawienia się pluskiew, ponieważ była to pierwsza taka informacja o problemie w hostelu.
