This Hotel is the best! they response to all my concerns quickly. The staffs are nice, honest and trustworthy. Our stay was memorable and very enjoyable. Me and my husband travel with our 1yr old son. With so much baby stuff in my hand and carrying our luggages I accidentally forgot my jewellery case with my jewellery inside our room when we checked out. I email the hotel once we landed and they quickly response. Thank God they found my jewellery and keeping it safe. It is so rare to trust hotels when it comes to missing things. But this hotel will take care of it and response to you quickly. I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Great hotel, strategically located in Ginza”
Room is spacious and clean, all the staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was good, especially the udon and pancake. The hotel is located in the heart of Ginza, make it easier to explore the area i.e. Yurakucho, Harumi-dori, Chuo-dori and Tsukiji Market. Excellent stay.

We were only staying for one night before our flight. The hotel is centrally located in ginza. Higazhi ginza station access located right infront of the hotel which has a direct access non transfer train to Haneda airport. The room itself even though it’s a bit small as you would usually expect for a tokyo hotel is nice, clean and well arranged.

Came here after we checked out from a Hakone ryokan. Did not dissapoint. Spacious room, clean and updated amenities. Perfect location. Want a good night sleep, come here. Friendly and helpful staffs. 5 Stars *****

Best Hotel in Ginza”
Stayed for 6 nights. Room was spacious (by Tokyo's standards) and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. Location is extremely convenient (less than a minute walk to Higashi-Ginza and 2 mins to Ginza station). Will definitely come back again next time I'm in Tokyo.

Practically Perfect Stay”
This hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were thoughtfully designed, very clean and unbelievably quiet considering the hotel is in the middle of a major city. I loved that complementary water bottles as well as slippers and pajamas were provided, and the showers had great pressure and nearly instant hot water. The beds were very comfortable, too. I stayed in the hotel on two separate occasions. Each time I requested late check out at the last minute and was accommodated until 1 PM. As others have noted, the location is terrific since it is close to a subway station as well as shopping. The only thing missing is an exercise facility. The website indicates the hotel has one, but actually doesn't. Instead, the hotel has an arrangement with a Gold's Gym, which I did not use. With limited time each morning, it seemed inconvenient to have to leave the hotel to exercise.

Great central place to stay”
Great neighbourhood with lots of great eating places, shops and close enough to Tokyo Station to do day trips. Very clean, helpful staff and the room was well set out with everything that was needed.

Good location, few steps from the subway station. There are also some good restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Convenient stores are round the corner.. Hotel is clean, small but have everything you need. Staff is helpful.

Great location- convenient, loads of food options around, Best is to have Mitsukoshi nearby, and most importantly, there’s a direct train to the airport from there. Would definitely return for all our trips (if price is reasonable). It gets too expensive during festive periods. Room had great features and well thought out layout. Will be back for sure.

Great hotel, value for money. Location was even better than expected. Right next to Ginza & Higashi Ginza station which have multiple train lines connecting. Walking to JR. Plenty of restaurants and things to do. You can also get a train direct from Narita to Higashi Ginza for about 1300Y. The station to the hotel is about 10 metres away. Highly recommend staying here and i'll be back soon myself

We are a couple with young man child. We ordered triple bedroom located at the corner. The room is clean and has ample of space, we liked it. Bathroom and toilet are separated, which is good for shared-type-room. Bathroom has bath-tub and shower, although bathroom space is a bit tight, but acceptable. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Location is superb, both to Ginza main shopping area (Ginza 3) and to go to subway station which is technically below the hotel (lift to subway station is adjacent to the hotel). Highly recommended, although rate is a bit pricey comparing to other hotel nearby.

This hotel response to my trouble and email surely is the best, the staff also nice. Very recommended since the train station is just took 1 minute and easily using airport limo just walk 5 minute from hotel. Happy to find this hotel

Great comfy rooms with nice amenities”
My fav part about this hotel was the amenities. They give you cleansing oil, face wash, etc. in little packets, which came in super handy, and even had bvlgari amenities in the deluxe twin room. The room was clean, had a nice view, and breakfast was good too. The hotel didn't have a gym, which was a bummer, but a run along the streets of ginza wasn't bad either.

First time in tokyo”
Great clean rooms, they’re small for Tokyo but with me and my girlfriend, it was just enough. Got the double room with queen size bed. Easy access to subway and the staff were great. We forgot our key card one day and they came up to the room in about 5 minutes to save us. I would stay here again!

Location is terrific! Very convenient if you want to spend time at Ginza area or hope on a train to get anywhere. Metro is literally steps away. Room is small but very well designed.
