Great sized family apartment in a fantastic location a”
Mimaru Shinjuku West was a great family apartment for 4 (2 adults, 2 teenagers). Plenty of space, very clean, with a small kitchenette and table. Staff were very friendly and helpful, including Dong who booked a car for us to travel to the Tokyo station with all of our luggage. Location of Hotel is awesome, close to Shinjuku station, many restaurants, shops and bars. Loved it!

The rooms at Mimaru are spacious, good for family with children. Property is about 10mins walk to Shinjuku station. Just 5 mins walk from the hotel and there are many shops selling food.

Love the staff and location, but bed is hard.”
A group of 4 adults stayed for 10 nights in the room with wooden table. The normal twin beds were great, but the bunk beds were super hard. If you don’t mind a hard bed, then it’s perfect for you! The staff is super helpful. We would love to come back again.

Very comfortable well designed room with all the amenities that you can need during your stay. Easy access to Shinjuku station and all the shops and eateries around it. Staff are efficient and friendly. Great choice for families.

Rooms are spacious with lots of window. Clean and neat but requires quite a walk from Shinjuku station. Easy to find and accesss to though. Enough space for big luggages in the room.

I found the hotel to be in a convenient location to the Shinjuku Station and there were plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Hotel was clean and rooms were large compared to other hotels in the area.

The best family option in Japan”
Japan is known for its tiny hotel rooms... And as a family of five, that makes it tough. But Mimaru is totally different. It's made for families. Huge, spacious rooms, a deep bath and shower room, separate toilet, big beds, dining table and kitchenette. Honestly, we were so pleasantly surprised. It made our stay so much more comfortable. We don't need a gym, 24hr reception etc... We prioritise large rooms that are family oriented, so Mimaru was perfect. This will be our option everytime in Tokyo! Highly recommend.

We are located around 8min from the South Exit of Shinjuku Station and around 5 minute walk from the Tokyo Metropolitan Goverment Building, where you can visit its Observatory for free. 2歳半と3ヶ月の子供をつれての東京だったのですが、畳もあったので、寝返りでベットから落ちる心配もなく。 3ヶ月の子は、ミルクなんですがレンジも部屋にあったので、哺乳瓶消毒も簡単にでにたし。 キッチンがあったので、2歳半の子供に朝ごはんを作ってあげることもできました！ また、利用したいです！
