Near JR Hamamatsucho Station with bigger room than average!”
I've stayed at MusBee Hamamatsucho for 4 days and was greeted by Teppei-san. He is so nice, friendly, and accommodating! We've booked the room for 3 people and it was quite big for us; I guess it's bigger than most of the places for groups in Tokyo. The place was very clean, have everything you need, and near some coffee shops. MusBee is very near with JR Hamamatsucho and very convenient for JR Pass users. Check in and check out were also very easy!

Excellent location with subway, JR and airport monorail at your door step. Also, the room set up is more like a service apartment, complete with micro wave and washing machines & dryer. Amazing. I'll definitely use it again if I fly Hanada.

The transportation to this hotel is easy, monorail and the station equipped with escalators and elevators. Near tokyo tower. Safe environment, big room and additional of a fridge, microwave, washing machines and dryer

Service Apartment Type Hotel”
This hotel is more like a service apartment. The room has washing machine and dryer. It’s has 4 to 5 rooms on each floor. We only stayed one night in Tokyo this time. But saw that it has a notification saying that there will be no room cleaning service everyday. Also, the hotel front desk is closing at 12 midnight. If you’re not showing up before 12 midnight, you will be considered as no show and there will be penalty. The “hotel” is within 5 minutes walking distance from the train station.

새거 같고 장기간 숙박하시는 분들께 좋을 거 같아요 완전 풀옵션입니다. 조식은 없어서 아쉽지만 완전 좋았어요 직원분들도 친절하시고 우산 대여도 할 수 있고 여러모로 좋아요 다음에 도쿄 방문시 재방문 의사 있습니다. This hotel is really new and it would be good place for long-stay. It has many facilities. Staffs were nice for us and we could borrow umbrella for free. IF I travel to tokyo next time, I would stay here.

Air con was noisy throughout. Otherwise, a good option to stay in the around. Alot of food available, convenience store just round the corner, room was quite spacious with washing machine, dryer and cooking amenities. No smoking location though

Big room / near JR station”
We booked this hotel last minute when we missed the last trip of shinkansen from Tokyo to Osaka. We were surprised that the triple room we got was bigger than expected. It's actually bigger than more expensive hotels in Tokyo. It's like a serviced hotel/apartment with own kitchen and washing machine inside the room. Bath and toilet are separate so one person can go to the toilet even if the other one is taking a shower... They have a kiosk for self check in/out which makes it easier and faster... Location is about 5 mins walk from Hamamatsucho Station via JR Yamanote Line (you can use your JR pass).

great accessibility to Haneda Airport”
only stayed 4hr in the accommodation but was worth the money. less than 5min away from Hamamatsucho monorail station. cafes and restaurants could be easily found around the residence.

Really great hotel. Nice location and very clean. We had a deluxe and a superior room. Superior slightly smaller. Both had a washer and dryer which was really useful for our short stay. An iron too. We booked late and everything was ready to go when we arrived. Overall great.

Apartment Style”
Mixed feeling about this hotel. Definitely apartment style hotel. Room is small, but clean. Free washer and dryer in YOUR ROOM is definitely bonus. Keyless lock system threw me off. Good service from staff. Good location near train station. Good value for money.

this location is business distric area with lot of coffee/tea house, cafe, food merchant. i loves this area, just 1 stop to shimbashi/ginza and 1,5 Km to tsukiji fish market. the hotel was renoveted new, with kitchen, bathup.

Has storage space for bags, washing machine,dryer, walking distance to Hamamatuscho jr station which is one station away from Tokyo station, 30 mins walk to Tokyo Fish Market, plenty of eateries- budget and expensive.
