My 4 nights stay at this hotel was excellent! The sleeping area is large and I appreciate that you can store your luggage under your bed. The bed and pillows are comfortable. There is 1 power outlet and 1 usb outlet inside your capsule. There is also a mini table, mirror, tv (japanese channels only) and a mini locker for your valuables. There is also an alarm clock installed inside your capsule so you don’t have to worry if you have an early morning flight :) What I like the most would be the ameneties! Each day you get a fresh supply of 3 towels, 1 toothbrush, 1 body sponge and set of pajamas which is left in your capsule. More amenities inside the shower area and you can take as many as you like (cleansing oil, facial wash, toner, moisturizer, q-tips, earplugs, comb, hair tie, shampoo, conditioner, body wash). Hairdryer and flat iron is also available. There is a laundry area for 300 yen and the dryer for 100 yen. (Laundry is kind of expensive, considering its just a quick 30 mins cycle for 4.5kg clothes) You don’t have to check out everyday unlike most capsules hotel in Japan but you have to be out of the sleeping area when they clean it (10am -4pm) Its also very close to the Kuramae subway station Asakusa Line & Oedo Line. Very convenient to get to anywhere in tokyo! Just a tip, if you’re going to / coming from the airport via Asakusa Line, use the A0 exit because this has an elavator! The A0 exit is not the one beside MyCube, its across the street nearby MiniStop (3 min walk). More convinient if you have heavy luggage. Points for improvement: The sliding door for the luggage locker is quite noisy. It’s kind of annoying especially when you need to take out stuff from your locker at night. It has a weird crinkling metal noise. Hope they change the material to lessen the noise? Overall, highly recommended! Would definitely stay here again when I go back to Tokyo!

Clean and Comfortable”
It was my 1st time staying in capsule hotel and it was actually great! The bed is comfortable and they provided small locker with key inside your own capsule to store valuable stuffs. The luggage storage below your bed can also be locked. Everything was provided there from pajamas, towels, tooth brush, shampoo, soap, conditioner even hair straightener, face cleanser and oil cleanser! There are enough bathrooms and toilets provided for each floor. Downside was I went during winter time and if I completely closed my capsule curtain, it can be a bit hot/stuffy at night. It was very close to one of the exits of Kuramae station. But if you bring a luggage, it can be a bit further since you may need to find the exit with elevator instead and each platform will have different entrance. So it is better to do a bit of research before coming here~ Or you can also ask the hotel staffs for direction. Will stay here again if I solo travel!

Excellent for Solo Travellers”
. Finally was able to experience a capsule hotel but it's not totally a capsule hotel since it's a bit wider and I didn't have to check out everyday. The luggages can also be put underneath the capsule with a lock. And the amenities and toiletries were so much better even for a typical hotel. They even have a hair straightener provided. The toilets are even on the same floor. The rooms are clean. It's not the hotel's fault but maybe of the other guests, since part of the hotel's info was to keep quiet and they are even discouraging guests to pack their things late at night or early morning to minimize noise but the guests maybe didn't even read the paper that was given to them. I wasn't able to sleep because of them. However, as for the hotel, overall,it was superb.

Perfect Capsule Hotel for solo traveler or with friends”
This capsule hotel is 10/10 for me. I'm a solo traveler and value for money is 10, location is 10 since this hotel is less than a minute walk away from Kuramae station, cleanliness is 10/10 because they clean your room everyday and provide you with new bath towels, pajamas, toothbrush and face towels. Their staff are friendly especially the part timer Ken! Their facilities is superb and everything from facial cleanser to blower and clean shower room and nice ambience of dining area and you can put your extra large luggage under your bed for storage and you can lock it using your badge for security. Overall it's a 10/10 and I'll stay here again in the future!

On point for a solo traveler. 👌🏻”
This was my first solo travel experience and I was very “picky” with my options because I’m kind of a scaredy cat and a little OC. This has a good rating score. A. Unlike other budget hostels/inns etc the place is so tight like you’re in a coffin. I am claustrophobic so I don’t like that. For me this has adequate space I am 160cm but even if you were taller this is still okay. There’s no one below you or above you. ***the temperature for the space is enough- not too warm and not too cold and you can inform receptionist for any request. B. There is a space for your luggage below with lock. C. There is one USB plug and one outlet. There is also a small safe with the same lock for luggage. D. There is a goody bag wherein you get your daily towel pajama set. If you choose no to cleaning everyday they will give you bottled water. But I chose clean everyday and they cleaned my space well. E. Fast check in and fast check out. No fuss. They understand English. F. No need to go to different floor for shower and toilet. During my stay I never had to get to fight for my spot since I wake up early like 530 - 6am and take my night shower at 1am. They have dryers and flat iron. Complete amenities. You literally don’t have to bring anything! Bathroom has changing area. Pressure for shower is good. Has hot and cold water. G. I don’t know why people say it’s noisy BLAH BLAH. I didn’t even get to meet any traveler because it’s so serene. No one was talking! Like everyone was in their own space. The only thing I heard is like a plastic being opened but you will be so tired to even notice those stuff and for all the good stuff you get. Seriously. You wouldn’t mind that. I slept soundly my entire stay. For what you pay this is more worth it. It doesn’t get better than this.

Best Cube Hotel Ever”
It's much better than the capsule since you get the full ceiling height yourself and you store the suitcase beneath the bed. Super clean and spacious, shower is very well equipped with facial cleaning and body wash supplies, you can sit comfortably blow dry your hair and put makeup in front of the mirror. The ladies only floor is very nice and common area is great. Very close to subway station, has express train to airport which is very convenient. If I go Tokyo again on budget trip, this is definitely my choice again.

More a budget hotel than a hostel”
Stayed only in basic hostels before this so it was a welcome break to see a restroom with baskets of disposable razors, toothbrushes, face wash etc as well as body and face towels on the bed. Only stayed a night but was a good and comfortable experience. Bed was wide and comfortable. Overall it felt a lot like a hotel experience but for a fraction of the price and privacy. More pricey than a typical hostel if budget is a concern.

Super easy, barely an inconvenience”
2x2metre "cube" was pretty spacious (unless you're above 2 metres tall). They renew your towels and pyjamas daily (unless you don't want them to) and you can keep your luggage under the bed. Toilets were clean as hell too, if hell was a clean place. Would return if I was looking for an affordable stay in Tokyo. Few mins walk from the subway, and plenty of local food options around. (It's also right beside a McDonald's)

A really nice hotel/hostel”
The hotel is really clean. They clean the rooms, showers and toilets rooms each day between 10 am to 4 pm. There are soaps supply, toothbrushes and more that they fill each day. The lobby is really nice to sit and eat, talk on the phone, work and more. The stuff is really really nice. Most of them aren't that good in English but they are doing they're best to help you! The room/capsule itself is nice and the baggage room under the bed is pretty big. The only thing that bothers me the most is that it was pretty hot at nights.. but you can tell the stuff and they'll change the degrees. They also have laundry machines at fair prices. The best thing is that the train stations are really close to the hotel (1-5 minutes walk). But there isn't a lot to do around at night. it's 10-15 minutes walk to Asakusa station (you can also take a train - one stop). To conclude I would recommend this hotel to people who don't want to go out for bars and more at nights!

Surprisingly modern capsule hotel located 2 minutes away from Kuramae Station”
I am extremely surprised by how wonderful my stay is in MyCube, as I've stayed in other capsule hotels in the past. The staff are friendly and the reception desk is open 24 hours. The capsule itself is large with lots of storage space. What I love is that they give you fresh pajamas daily, along with toiletries and a small and large towel. Other toiletries such as facial wash, moisturizer, toner, etc. can also be found at the reception area and at your floor's respective bathroom. The location is a few buildings away from the station. Also, as a coffee lover, there are lots of great coffee places located around Kuramae.

Nice capsule hotel”
Good location. Take A2 exit from Kuramae Asakusa line, turn right and within 1 min, the capsule hotel is there. The room is very warm in Dec. I stayed for 3 nights and my capsule is near the window, so my capsule is not as hot as other caspsules.. 2 of the nights my sleep was comfortable. One night was too warm, i actually perspired in my capsule. I managed to use the bathtub two times. The luggage space under the bed is very spacious. I have very large luggage (70cm) and it can fit under the bed, and there is still a lot of space.i guess i can still put in one more luggage. The room is very quiet during my stay. There are 24 beds in one room but itis still quiet. The lounge on the reception floor is good, i could get my work done on the tables provided, with fast wifi. There is free water. You can also pay for other drinks such as coffee, tea, soft drink, beer

As a fairly frequent traveler, I found that this place met all the criteria I needed. Its strategic location near the underground station makes it easy to travel around Tokyo. For capsule hotel standards in Japan, the beds are spacious and comfortable. There is also a locker area under the bed (equipped with a key) that can accommodate large luggage. On another note, bathroom area is spacious and equipped with adequate amenities— there is even free skincare in practical packaging. The staff on duty are very friendly and helpful to guests during my stay. I also would not doubt the level of cleanliness offered by the majority of properties in Japan, where the quality is above the world average. Regarding the price, its room rate is affordable if you consider all the facilities that will be obtained. One thing that is unfortunate is the unavailability of a common kitchen area, which only has a lounge area near the reception. However, this issue will not prevent me from recommending this place to other travelers. I really look forward to returning to MyCube by MYSTAYS Kuramae if I visit Tokyo in the future.

There are some convenience store(Mini mart) available for 24h, restaurant as well. Also, there are some subway station those are accessible for airport Haneda or Narita and downtown of Tokyo. Additionally, some tour attraction such as Sensouji-temple, Tokyo skytrees, Ueno areas are nearby. We are delighted if you could fully take advantage of these.

This was my fourth stay at MyCUBE. What I like is the cube themselves are pretty big with high ceilings and there is no downstairs/upstairs neighbor to worry about. In addition the roll up style door beneath your cube will hold your luggage. Many other capsule hotels have a separate room, sometimes on a different floor to access your luggage. The staff is friendly and most can speak English. The lounge is nice and in the last year they added a manga cafe section (extra 100 yen charge). It's a great hotel to stay in to explore the Asakusa area.

Location - Excellent - Nearby Family Mart, 711, Ministop, Lawson also but a few minutes walk. There are also restaurants nearby also one which is 24h open - 2 to 3 minute walk to Asakusa Line train station which is very convenient or 7-minute walk to Oedo Line Capsule Room - very spacious, clean, and nice, big enough that I think I can even stand inside. The bag storage under also is big enough to put in my luggage. - you can hear everything around but I guess that's how it is when you stay in a capsule hotel Suggestion: maybe there can be an english channel on the tv or a music channel/station Bathroom, Toilet, Amenities - shared but very clean and nice! Provides your own pajama, towels, toothbrush, comb, facial wash, toner, moisturizer, etc. Available hair blower and iron. Best capsule I've stayed in, worth the price I paid for which is very affordable. :)

Perfect for Solo Traveler”
You will have everything you need here. They provide fresh pajama, toiletries, etc. They do serve breakfast but just a simple one. You can ask them at the counter to add-on breakfast option with extra charges. What I like about them, I get to watch a TV in my own space! A great place to end my long trip to Japan. :)

Best capsule I’ve ever stayed! They have free water at the lounge. The room is really big. My medium luggage was able to fit in the storage below the bed. Although I had a hard time locking it! The bed and pillows are really soft. 🥰 and sometimes the other guest was so loud on walking and packing up their things, at least the hotel have an earplug! Overall this was a great deal!

Enjoyed the stay”
After coming back from humid day, the corridor for rooms were fully air conditioned so had a cool and sweat less sleep. Would advise to put ear plugs during sleep to avoid waking up in middle of night. Though would prefer if there was more than one toilet per floor to share. Right next to McDonald if you want to catch breakfast. Subway station is close near the hotel.
