Il n'y a pas de vrai réception, mais tout est fait par l'envoie d'un message par email pour guider l'arrivée de l'hôte à la guest house Accueil sympatique Chambres trés propre avec wifi de bonne qualité, frigo, télé et chauffage/clim, sauf dans la salle de bain... Pas trop loin de l'arrêt des bus

Near to airport”
It's very near to airport with plenty parking. The hotel no lift... need to carried heavy luggages all the way up using staircase. The room very dirty. Bed and comforter never changed from previous guests stay. There is a list price (eg. washing bed lining/comforter, toilet clogged and etc) in the room and some restrictions rules (eg. no eating on bed but on floor only because no table provided due to room space limited) which I think it's ridiculous.

Nice location, but difficult to reach if not using rental car”
We booked a twin room, but the host let us stay in triple room. The room is huge and we were satisfied as we can move freely in the room. The location is in local residential area and we were really happy as my sister said "we can blend with locals" ;) Overall cleanliness of this hostel was good, but no daily cleaning is provided. The owner greet me and my sister warmly and he was very polite and helpful. He even provide a cloth rack for us to let our clothes to dry in our room. The owner told us that he speak well in Korean, Chinese and Japanese, but only little English. However, it is not a problem since his English quite good too. If I ever come to Jeju again in future, I will definitely come back to this hostel. Please keep up the good work.

Always helping and guest-orientated,trying to fulfill any wish,clean,family business,super kind”
The owner of the Grand Motel was always helpfull with anything you would ask. If he couldn't answer a question straight away he would find it out no matter what and tell you as soon as he knew. To be honest he was the perfect host. The rest of the staff was also always very very friendly, the only problem was that they don't speak English but the owner would tell.you in advance. And since you could always get in touch with him via kakotalk it wasn't really a problem. Me and my boyfriend where super late in telling him we wanted to stay a day longer. It was actually full as it was a weekendday but he cleared another room for us so we wouldn't need to change the hotel/motel. The breakfast is simple but coffee is actually quite good! But you can eat in the room too and if you need anything.l lile a bowl just ask. Since it's a family business and they live here, they actually got everything here. I would always come back!!

Easy to get to if you drive, ask car rental staff to enter the address for you into the GPS. There are some restaurants within walking distance. Owner allows self check in for late arrivals.

Checking in and out was fuss free, if in doubt, show the car rental staff the address of the guesthouse and they will key in the street address for you. Room was very comfortable for its price. No issues checking in late and room had strong wifi

OK guesthouse”
The guesthouse is not very suitable for guests who do not have a rented car, as its location is rather isolated and you need to take a cab around. However if you do have a car, this will be a good stay. Our room was very clean but there was an awful smell coming from the bathroom so we needed to have the windows open, while we were out of the room. It might just be bad luck, but it was very off putting.

New and clean”
This is a new guesthouse so do not have gps number that allow us to search and reach there directly. We contacted the guesthouse owner to get the gps number for the nearby building. Overall the accommodation is good, clean and comfortable. Just that not much food choices around, but no problem for us since we can drive out for food.

Worst stay in Jeju”
The only good is owner can speak my language and help to book taxi. The phone number cannot be found by GPS because is new. Need to search local people to help to put in the address. Even is new hotel, the cleanliness is bad, still have half pot of boiled water leftover in kettle, tooth brush on floor, dust and hair on floor even on toilet when we check in. No bath towel but small hand towel provided, when I ask for bigger bath towel, owner told me to go for bigger hotel--fine! No mineral water, have to use tap water (owner said is suitable for drink)- Fine!The worst is -- air heater only can open in December (We stay in November)!The comforter is not thick and I think is very old comforter with the cotton inside already combined together and the temperature outside was 4-8C! I am wondering is it because I booked by flash deal or is the standard practices for this guesthouse, but what I confirmed is I will never come back to this hotel again.

Awesome experience”
We stayed here as newlywed couple.We enjoyed our 2 days stay at Nihao Guesthouse. Mr.Kim and his family were so kind. The room was new and clean and it is located near the sea,convenience store and restaurants. I would like to recommend this guesthouse to everyone that visit Jeju.
