Not much choice in Ulaanbaatar, so i think it is an ok choice for me. The only problem is most of the staff cannot speak English.

Newly Mint Hotel but with Kinks”
Understand that this newly minted hotel just started operating on 15 Sep. While being new is good as the facilities are spanking clean, but there are many kinks that need to be ironed out. Obviously the hotel is really not operational ready to start operations. One of the lift malfunctioned. My room door is poorly installed and needs to bang really hard before it could shut. The loud banging of my room door disturbed other guests. Toiletries are not replenished automatically during the daily housekeeping. I had to leave a note to request for them. The mini-safe malfunctioned despite keying in the correct pass-code. The manager-in-charge left taking the master-key to the safe along. One of the housekeeping staff entered my room without first knocking or pressed the bell. I was shocked that the service staff just walked into my rook while I was in. The service staff was equally shocked that I was in and left without closing the door. There are more feedback than words limit permit.

Room is clean and big. Spread of breakfast us good. Location is quite a dustance away from citybut save by the many restaurants and a small ahopppng mall

울란바토르 시내 어디든 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 좋은 위치에 있으며, 시설도 잘 관리되어 지내는 동안 불편함을 느끼지 않았고 좋았습니다. 라마다호텔도 좋은 선택이 될 수 있으나, 시설의 노후가 조금 불편하며 인테리어나 환경이 조금 세련되지 않은 느낌이었습니다. 샹그릴라 호텔은 울란바토르 최고의 호텔임에 틀림없으나, 일반적인 출장 목적으로 방문하기에는 숙박비가 높은 편이라 생각합니다. 울란바토르를 출장이나 가족여행 등으로 방문할 계획이 있다면 노보텔이 좋은 대안이라 축천합니다.
