Bon hotel, près de l'aéroport (5 min via navette gratuite). Cependant le restaurant est cher par rapport à la qualité des plats. Bonne connection internet gratuite.

Just what I needed for first night in Poland after arriving from US. Comfy bed, a good bar and dinner, and very generous breakfast.

It s okay for one night”

It s a great place to stay overnight for morning flight with a bus stop literally in front of hotel. However I would not recommend it for a longer than one night. I felt it s a bit of unkempt and managment is doing or nit doing the barely minimum. Plus points: Polite and helpful receptionists. Minus points: A very hard bed, i wish i paid a bit extra and stood at mercure for a soft bed. The lock in my room s bathroom didn’t work( broken?), i was by myself so that s okay but why is it not working? Cannot you fix it? There was only a shower with no curtains. I have tried many ways not to splash the floor but miserably failed every single time. They have sauna but it s only one for men and women, you need to get naked and there is no lock so it was impossible to use it. I cannot imagine any solo female ever being able to use it!! Also the changing room is also only one for men and women and no lock! I wish they have at least made the ppl wearing the swimming wear.

Well It`s Ok”

Hotel Is actually not bad , but there was toiletary only for one person, another day we got toiletary for 2 people but did`n`t got towels, room was hot, even with opened window... Next time I would rather stay in Sound Garden across the road...

An unexpected meeting”

First of all - the hotel itself is a good, fair price for the stay. BUT! When we were in our room, the door unexpectedly opened with a key and some people came in. They were given a key to our room because the reception staff did not check us within the system. And no apologies or compliments were made. This is unacceptable. And the lobby restaurant. We have waited for 20 minutes for someone to take an order from us, but the waiters just turned their eyes from us. Really? This is an Accor hotel? I won't recommend that.

I requested a pick up taxi which this hotel offers for free of charge through Agoda &emails, but they never responded. When i called for pick up around 10pm at the airport, they told me to call again when i arrive at the Marriot hotel just across the airport. So i called them for more than 15mins and they never anwsered. I had to take a Uber paying my money and a hotel staff just said they couldnt anwser the phone beacuase she 'might' be handling another customer. I cannot believe how none of staffs at the reception answer the phone for 15mins around 10pm. They provided me a welcome drink instead of Uber paying. Next day, i use hotel pick off servixe and the taxi driver took me off in the middle of the street in the rain! even i told him i didnt have an umbrella.. This Novotel just ruined my experience of Poland. If you need a hotel near the Warsaw airport, just choose Marriot hotel which offers similar price at the very end & much more convenient and close.

Good hotel near the airport”

I liked this hotel. The room was clean, I had a first floor and had a view of the trees. Right next to the hotel exit there is a bus stop where you can go to the airport (you can save on a taxi). On the opposite side of the road there is a public transport stop where you can get to the center of Warsaw. I will definitely consider this hotel if I have to fly from Warsaw again (and if the price of the hotel is as good as last time).

The service very bad, the staff can't solve the problem, but one of staff is nice for me, he call manyan or something close . And there is a lady who with short and little brown , she is bad, and one man with gold hair also bad It's sucks experience in this hotel

Amazing hotel”

I stayed in this hotel for a week due to a business trip. It was very nice to stay there. My room was very clean with a nice view. The breakfast was ok with a nice selection. I will recommanded to eat at lest one time at the hotel as the food is very tasty and nice.

Functional, close to airport and bus to city”

Functional business hotel close to airport. It requires a shuttle transfer, but this is free and runs twice an hour. Rooms utilitarian and clean, staff basically competent. Never had the breakfast.
