Value for Money”
We stayed here for 8 days and 7 nights and I can say that it exceeds our expectations. 5 minutes to Machiya Station. Very nice hotel frontage. Truly value for money. Could be better if there are more plates and utensils. Another downside is that it has only 1 bathroom and 1 comfort room.

A little far, but great value ”
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The space is very big and cozy (we had a group of 6 adults). We appreciated the living room - there was a google home and chrome cast which made watching shoes and movies easy. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need. The station wasn’t far but in general travel time to shinjuku/Disney was a bit long - but overall I would definitely stay again!

Very suitable for family to stay for few days! Appreciate the laundry facilities and comfortable tatami for children to play! Location is a little bit far from JR station but still accessible!

A good budget hotel for family”
Next to machiya metro (JR & Keisei). If going to narita airport can reach there in 1 to 1.5hrs depending of timing.

Big room but don't have lift for room in second floor ”
The room is big and near Machiya train station. Have washing machine and microwave is a added point. There is a convenient store opposite the hotel, so easy to buy food. However, the room in second floor do not have lifts and only can access by staircase. This should mention clearly in website description as is not convenient for old people. Besides that, there is not enough power plug for guests to charge our electronic devices. 4-5 people sharing 2 power plug is not enough. Will appreciate the hotel to provide a small table, to ease customer to eat or put the things.

Appartements très propre avec toutes les commodités serviettes gel douche shampoing après shampoing brosse à dents chaussons matelas et draps supplémentaires, toilette japonaise comme on aime, balcon avec vue sur la skytree , lave linge et produits pour le linges et la vaisselle, jusqu'à google home !!! En face un seven Eleven ouvert toute la nuit et a 5 min du métro! Le personnel et au petit soin et très discrets un vrai bonheur on ce sent à la maison, de plus les chambre offre un côté plus européen avec 2 chambres avec lit super confortable et une pièce typique japonaise avec tatami !! Génial avec les enfants! Grand plus pas de clef c'est un code donc pas de souci de perte !! Un endroit très agréable ou je reviendrais avec grand plaisir! Bonne vacances a Tokyo !!! ENJOY

Un peu éloigné du centre. Un peu bruyant ( véhicule + train) 2 bons couchages mais les futons un peu fin pour des adultes mais vraiment très fonctionnel ( salle de bain avec douche et baignoire balneo 👍 Kitchenette fonctionnelle Je recommande vivement ce logement

我們共5人入住 ，像酒店式公寓，房間很大 在荒川線上，可以直接搭荒川線 房間設備齊全， Wifi 速度很快， 一房間有4張單人床及一張雙人床都很大，浴室也很大，每天早上能更換毛巾，唯一缺點是客廳沒有梳化只有一張餐枱和6張椅子， 最多可住６人 太物超所值 ！！

兩個家庭一起出遊，小朋友剛好一起睡在客廳旁的日式通舖，超歡樂！超市買宵夜有廚房可以加熱，省錢旅遊首選！不過浴室水量偏小，排水也不是很好，不能泡澡。
