Superbe”
We had an absolutely wonderful time at this hotel! The rooms are beautiful and clean and stocked with amenities. There’s a laundry room (not free) which makes it convenient for groups staying for long periods of time or with kids. The powder room is just beautiful. The hotel building is small but the rooms are spacious and the geometric design is so refreshing and modern. There are A LOT of restaurants and 7-Eleven’s and convenience stores along the area and there are vending machines just outside the hotel. Only downside to it is that it’s far from the train station which makes it a bit harder to commute but aside from that small detail, it was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in Tokyo.

Strange layout”
The hotel may be renovated from an old building, the layout is very strange. We need to carry the suitcases down the staircase before reaching the check in desk. Corridor leading to the lift is narrow and can't fit 4 of us with luggages.

A Hotel Not for Family”
Pros.... Large bed to fit all 4 people comfortably Cons : 1. The only hotel that have no people manning the reception counter and we have to call them using telephone provided 2. Hotel is very small and entrance ,lift are all very small. It was difficult at first to locate this hotel as no proper entrance seen initially although we were standing right in front of the hotel. 3. We requested for room cleaning as how we do on all other hotels but to our surprise, nothing was done except for new towels given. The rubbish was taken out from the bin and was placed on the sofa couch. Coffee/tea was not replaced and I had to ask for it. Bathroom extremely small. 4. This room doir uses a code which is a 6 digit number and i dont think its friendly to elderly couple to remember the codes. 5 . Location is far from the Ichigaya Station or Kudanshita Station.

入ってすぐに部屋になってて、靴脱ぐ場所が良く分からな買った(笑) けど、宿泊代が安いので良かった。 湯船がないので冬は寒いかも… 掃除行き届いているのか？ベッドの下から飲みかけのペットボトルが出てきて驚いた。 ホテル？宿泊施設〜って感じ。 駅から少し遠いかな〜。 でも良かったです。

靖国神社の向かいです。ホテルは新しくてキレイです。部屋は広く、湯船はないがシャワーの水圧が強く熱いお湯もでる。洗面所の水道が、センサーで少し出てとまるタイプなので、歯磨きや朝顔を洗う時に不便で、シャワールームの水道使いました。それから、バスタオルなどのタオル類の品質が良く、古くなってないタオルで良かったです。また、トイレットペーパーも安い再生紙のゴワゴワしたものではなく、柔らかいトイレットペーパーで良かったです。

グループ利用には最適なホテル！ 都内だと中々大きい部屋があるホテルが少なし、あっても高いところばかり。 民泊もちょっと抵抗あったので、このホテルをチョイスしました。 ラウンジもあってアットホームな雰囲気も良かったし、また東京に泊まるときは利用したいと思いました！
