Never Ever Stay at Mariott”
Hello, I am usually not a big fan to complain but this was something that was unacceptable from the Mariott standards. We got check-in at 4 PM even i told them that i had a toddler, thats fine i can understand. Day 2 my son woke up early like 5 am and we had to use sink to clean him up and get ready, the sink was clogged. I complained to the front desk they sent an engineer. Engineer told me that my room is connected to other room and need to wait untill the other room people allow them to enter. I went to front desk again and complained about it, they were like you can checkout the room and stay downstairs untill they have room available and they cant gurantee a room untill 4pm. Seriously Mariott is this your standards, wow if this is the case i will let every single of my friends and family know about this and make sure they wouldnt stay at mariott moving forward. When i argued with a manager she couldnt upgrade us or give us the same room but she gave us a different room in different floor , okay we went to that room as soon as we stepped out of the elevator the room next to us was flooded with water and smelling like poop. We had no other option to clean our kid right next to the smelly room and deal with the situation. Never ever again you will see my name under Mariott reservations. I AM DONE with this.

Excellent hotel with casino, beach and pool”
This was my second stay at this hotel post-hurricane Maria. Stayed in newly renovated cabana wing. In ocean view room. Staff was excellent. One of two hotels in area with a casino. Beach was beautiful. Pool has a swim up bar and there are daily activities at pool area. I would definitely stay here again!

这家酒店从我们入住开始，就一直在多扣我们的预授权，结账时在我们的一再要求下才给打印了扣预授权的单据，并且开始时还想除了扣的预授权外再让我们结帐。在我们的据理力争下，酒店打出了结账单，并同意最后一天的早餐不再结账，这本来是个好的结果，但没想到的是，酒店在我退房后又扣了我88美金，这种行为就太过分了！完全不是一家全球连锁高端酒店应该以及能做出来的事情！ 我这么多年一直以住几家全球连锁酒店集团的酒店为主，从没发生过类似的事件，对于本次事件我将保持我追索的权利。请agoda及万豪集团能够给与解决。
