They offer great service, I mean one of the best services so if your budget is enough to stay and expect highest quality of the services, this is the best hotel. The only reason I put 4 stars is that every service is bit pricey for the people who want to use it constantly.

Tres bon hotel , dans le standing sheraton ”
Hotel dans la lignee des sheraton sans surprise. Nous avons ete tres bien traités avec une literie de tres bonne qualite, des chambres parfaitement entretenues. le point negatif est que la piscine et le club de sport soient finalement payants et assez chers, avec une forfait a 15 euros environ pour chaque utilisation. la salle de bain est aussi un peu vieillote, mais l hotel reste un tres bel ensemble pour rester a tokyo, en touriste ou en professionnel

Pros Service and room were simply top notch! Staff spoke English fluently and went out of the way to help Cons Room service portions were miserable Food at restaurants was pricy Quite a distance to a subway station 10 minute walk uphill to nearest convenience stores

A little frayed around the edges”
A little out of the way: but the price reflects this. A very comfortable hotel with all facilities and generous sized rooms. However, the rooms are a little tired. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - which included lounge access.

The staff in the hotel were excellent but the hotel itself is in need of a refurbishment. The room was large and the beds were comfortable. The cupboard doors were worn and needed painting. The tiles in the bathroom were marked and some were cracked. The bathroom ceiling could do with a paint as there were condensation marks on it. The shower was not very usable as it was in the bath and it did not bend over the bath area but onto the tiled wall. However, the toilet was very modern and had a wonderful bidet.

Room was spacious, though bathroom was a little dated and not as clean. Location was a little out of the way from main train/subway lines, though did offer taxi services. Meals were additional costs to the room. Staff was very friendly and personally walked you from check-in to your room.

Stopover”
Stayed here after flying in from Chicago for a good nights rest and the only disappointment was not staying longer...benefits include a short cab ride from Shinagawa station, a beautiful lounge and Japanese garden are part of the hotel, several great restaurants, fantastic service, a decent western feel for a first timer to Japan, a variety of other facilities and full American four star accommodations. A little pricier than some but we’ll worth the bang for your buck (or yen).

Free car park for tenants parking over night which is amazing. However the air conditioner is terrible in winter. The room temperature was too high even though I set it at 16 degrees. It would be great if a humidifier can be provided in winter as well.

Great service and reasonably good location ”
The only thing was the gym was separated into men’s and women’s and there was no equipment in the latter . They should modernise it and combine the two and get everyone access to fully equipped gym

Convenient and Good Service”
Hotel is convenient, good staff service. As with most Japanese hotel, it is well maintained and very clean. Location is quite near to trains/subway and lots of restaurants around. Easy for taxis too, Room is of average size, but very good for Tokyo hotels. Good for business.

On honeymoon ”
The third hotel in Tokyo as the final leg of the trip. Had a good jazz band in the lounge. Good ambience. Would stay again. Not much around hotel walking distance but there is a regular free shuttle bus to the train station

We enjoyed our stay at the Sheriton, Miyako. Although not situated in the main tourist areas, this was no real disadvantage as the regular hotel shuffle was available to take guests to the near-by train stations. We were particularly grateful to the ladies serving the concierge desk, and most especially to Mayumi Baton. She spent considerable time and effort in helping to arrange our touring to the Alps area - booking tickets, advice on itineraries, detailed print-outs of bus stations ( so we could find them readily) - even sitting with us, with considerable patience, outside working hours. Excellent service, indeed!
