We couldn’t ask for more; very clean , situated in a very good location with a perfect city and maintain view and most importantly a friendly and accommodating staff hotel staff. Special thanks to reception, Mr . GEORGE for providing us the Georgian hospitality at its best. Our stay here is more than just a hotel guests but a Georgian guests. Highly recommended and we’ll certainly stay in our next trip to Georgia.

A great experience of Georgian life”
It's located in Old Town Tbilisi. It therefore gives you the opportunity to live among the Georgian people and experience a little of their lifestyle. The hotel is also 5 min away from the center and other tourist attractions. The hotel facade building may seem a abit misleading at first because it followers the old Tbilisi architecture style. However, entering the hotel lobby and reception area is really cosy. The staff are welcoming and warm. For the most part they are exceptionally helpful and approachable. They will try their best to accommodate your need. The rooms are neat and comfortable. Bedding are clean. The bathroom was very neat and clean. I am usually very happy if the bathroom is neat. In this case it was perfect. I arrived in winter. The staff even gave us heaters in addition to the heating system in the room. To be fair it gets unbearably cold. Expecially if you are used to subtropical climates. The rooms are the perfect place to come back to after a long day of touring. You will definitely get a good rest. Even if you choose to stay at the hotel during the day, it is real peaceful. But there may not be much to do in house. I would highly recommend this place. Its great value for money.

When I first pulled up to the hotel at around 4am on a chilly Saturday morning, I didn't have high hopes. This was mainly because I wasn't sure if it was located in an accessible area, or close to any central districts. It also looked small compared to the pictures found online. But, I'm here to say that if I do visit Tbilisi again in the future, I will most definitely without a doubt stay at Sole Palace! The front staff (Ucha, Eko, Kristi, Toko), the cleaning ladies, the level of cleanliness, how helpful everyone was, the actual location (5 min walk from central Old Tbilisi and 10 mins from downtown Rustaveli), everything was nothing short of amazing!!! Kudos to everyone involved with making this hotel such a special place to live at!!

Amazing hotel!”
First of all, I like that they personally responded to my requests upon booking that they will fulfill it. Check-in and out were quick and smooth. Professional and caring front desk staff. The room was clean and the design is nice. The balcony that was given to us was huge and with a perfect view of the city. Really appreciate that they fulfilled our request. Location is good, walking distance from a lot of restaurants and tourists spots in the city. Will definitely recommend and come back again.

We spent 5 nights in the hotel. Since the moment we arrived till the moment we left we didn't face any issues. Hotel is super clean, house keeping is doing great job, facilities are super nice and location is perfect and accessible to everywhere in Tbilisi. Big thanks to staff especially Toko & Eko. They are super helpful and super polite. When I come again to tbilisi, definitely I will chose Sole` Palace again.

Great Hotel but issue with heating”
We were there for 15 days in December, it's freezing outside, for the first 10 days the heating system worked perfectly, for the last 5 days, they had issues accross the whole of the hotel, which put us under a mountain of blankets and 2 small heaters creaking and cracking the whole night The food is ok, nothing special, but it's delicious for a good breakfast. The staff is great, they are friendly and nice and very helpful. Oh, and don't rely on the safe that is inside the room, it keeps on getting stuck. The view is amazing, especially at night, and it's far from the main street, so it's very quite. Overall, highly recommended

Of all the hotels i’v stayed in tbilisi, sole palace has the best service. Special thanks to Luka at the front desk who was very very helpful. He attended all our needs and he even did extra mile to arrange the pack breakfast for my aunties as they are traveling so early. Cleanliness is superb and they are conveniently located at the old town. The view is amazing at the top floor. Thank you sole palace team. Will definitely come back soon.

Stylish boutique hotel with picturesque views of old Tbilisi ”
We were a group of six friends staying in three standard rooms. This boutique hotel is 10 min walk from the famous Sulfur Baths in the city centre. The five-storey property is situated on a steep hill with magnificent views of the old town from the north facing rooms. Travelers with limited mobility may nevertheless face a challenge if they choose to walk back to the hotel from the city centre. The rooms were small but clean and stylish featuring comfortable bed and modern bathroom with strong water pressure. A kettle, cups and complimentary tea were provided in the rooms. Despite the room description on Agoda clearly indicating city view and balcony, only one room had a city view and two rooms had a balcony albeit overlooking the unimpressive backyard. The breakfast was a true highlight of this hotel. It was delicious and fresh with many options to choose from and served on a terrace with fantastic views of old Tbilisi. Upon our arrival, there was confusion with the bedding arrangement. We booked three standard rooms with twin beds while the hotel received a request for double beds only. While the Agoda customer service was extremely unhelpful and did not offer any support, the hotel staff went the extra mile and added roller beds in our rooms while we were out for dinner. We very much appreciated the effort. An unpleasant incident also took place upon our check-out. The staff accused us of “accidentally packing” the hotel foot towel which was missing from the room. After some back and forth and our offer to search our bags, they finally apologized for this ludicrosity. The front desk and housekeeping could benefit from some customer service training. Despite this nuisance, we are still satisfied with our stay at Sole Palace and would consider it for future trips to Tbilisi.

Worth the money”
The hotel is very convenient to the center of Tbilisi city tour just by walk. Breakfast is exceptional compare to the other hotels I’ve check in. Rooms are very spacious especially for family / group. Daily change of towels and very clean. Will definitely come back.

Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was wonderful. The hotel is well maintained. The beds were very firm, too firm for my liking. The food was good. I, especially, enjoyed the view from the balcony.

We just did not know that air conditioning system is not being used during this month of the year (April-2022). Room was a bit warm for us. But over all it was a pleasant experience.

Best hotel to stay with view only if you have balcony ”
Best hotel and best staff . We had room 501 which was perfect with balcony and view so no complains . Only to reach there is steep slope . So if you using taxi or car then no problem or else it’s little hard walk to climb steep road . Rest eveything is perfect

Comfortable stay”
We had a comfortable stay in a great location that helpled us enjoy the Old Town to the fullest! The only issue was there was an issue with Air conditioning in the neighborhood and it got quite warm at times. Otherwise we had a very comfortable stay with nice views and breakfast
